V state provoditsya istoriko-teoreticheskiy analiz pedagogicheskih vzglyadov
djadidskogo dvizheniya. Osoboe vnimanie udelyaetsya roli lichnosti uchitelya v sisteme
obrazovaniya, kak eyo ponymali djadidy: dukhovnye, naravstvennye i nauchnye kachestva
pedagoga. Analyziruetsya actuality of etix vzglyadov in the context of a modern educational
model, especially in a competent approach. Nasledie djadidov rassmatrivaetsya kak vajnaya
theoreticaleskaya i prakticheskaya osnova podgotovki sovremennyx pedagogov.
Annotation:
This article provides a historical and theoretical analysis of the pedagogical views
of the Jadid movement. Special attention is given to the teacher's personality in the educational
process, as understood by the Jadids : their moral, spiritual, and scientific qualities. The
relevance of these views is analyzed in the context of the modern educational model, particularly
the competency-based approach. The pedagogical heritage of the Jadids is presented as an
important theoretical and practical foundation for training today's educators.
