preschool education is an important stage in the initial development of children, and

Improving the management principles in modern preschool educational institutions and
developing linguistic competence directly impacts the qualified performance of teachers and the
overall development of children. Enhancing teachers' qualifications and renewing pedagogical
approaches are crucial for effective communication with children and guiding them towards
linguistic competence. Linguistic competence is essential for children to express their thoughts
accurately, develop communicative skills, and succeed in the overall educational process. The
interrelation between the improvement of management principles and linguistic competence is
significant. Enhancing management principles in preschool institutions increases the
effectiveness of overall management processes. The importance of linguistic competence in the
management process is substantial. It allows teachers to establish proper and effective
communication with children, listen to their opinions, express their own thoughts clearly, and

foster the development of social skills.
Limited opportunities for teacher training: the number of professional development courses and
training available for teachers is limited, which causes difficulties in applying modern methods
in their teaching practices. Obsolescence of pedagogical methods.Many preschool educational
institutions are using outdated pedagogical methods, and there are challenges in implementing
new methods and technologies.Lack of resources.There is a shortage of necessary pedagogical
resources, methodological guidelines, and technical tools in preschool education institutions.
1. Improving the teacher training system: Special training sessions and courses should be
organized to enhance the qualifications of preschool educators. These trainings should focus on
modern pedagogical methods and developing linguistic competence.
2. Updating pedagogical approaches and methods: Teachers should be introduced to new
pedagogical methods, technologies, and interactive approaches. These pedagogical reforms will
ensure effective teaching and communication with children.
3. Improving infrastructure and resources: It is essential to ensure the availability of necessary
infrastructure and pedagogical resources in preschool educational institutions. Materials, didactic
guidelines, technical tools, and educational resources that aid in the development of linguistic
competence should be adequately provided to teachers.
Improving management principles will yield results in reforms within the educational system. In
Shavkat Mirziyoyev's concept for the development of the preschool education system in the
Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, it is emphasized that "conditions should be created for the
comprehensive intellectual, moral, aesthetic, and physical development of preschool-aged
children, and innovations, advanced pedagogical and information-communication technologies
should be introduced into the preschool education system." This concept has become an
important step in enhancing the tools and methods for developing preschool education and
shaping the linguistic competence of children in preschool educational institutions. Preschool
educational institutions serve as a crucial foundation for the initial education and upbringing of
children. The importance of preschool education is increasing in modern society, leading to the
need for updated management practices. The principles of management in preschool educational
institutions play a vital role in enhancing their effectiveness, improving educational quality, and
ensuring the development of children. One of the key principles is democratic management,
which allows for the inclusion of all staff members' opinions and participation in the decision
making process. This principle fosters collaboration among staff and improves the social
environment within the institution. Every child has unique characteristics. The principle of
individualized approach in preschool educational institutions ensures that the individual needs of
children are taken into account. This principle assists educators in developing children's abilities.
Modern preschool educational institutions should strive to renew the educational process by
applying innovative approaches. This includes introducing new pedagogical technologies,
improving teaching methods, and employing contemporary methods in working with children.
The principle of quality management requires continuous monitoring of the educational process's
quality and implementing measures to improve it. This principle is aimed at enhancing the

In modern preschool educational institutions, management principles are crucial for enhancing
children's development and improving educational quality. The principles of democratic
management, individualized approach, innovative management, quality management, and
collaboration contribute to the effective organization of the educational process. Improving
management in the field of preschool education is a key factor in ensuring that future generations
receive quality education.
