To work successfully in their profession, every teacher must have pedagogical
skills. For a teacher, creativity will always be his partner. The teacher forms the child's
personality, makes independent decisions in unforeseen situations, solves pedagogical problems,
and jointly manages the educational process. In order for cooperation to be established, the
activities that should be organized in the team must be relevant for students, correspond to their
age characteristics and interests.

Introduction
Currently, the education system is developing rapidly, and the use of new technologies plays an
important role in increasing the efficiency of the educational process. Digital technologies are
widespread in all areas of our lives, and their role in the field of education is also increasing. It is
especially important that future educators involved in raising and educating children are familiar
with digital technologies and can effectively use them in their professional activities.
Educators, in turn, must be familiar with digital technologies themselves and have the skills to
use them in their work before explaining modern technologies to students and teaching them to
use them effectively. Therefore, the issue of improving literacy in digital technologies is of
urgent importance in improving the professional skills of future educators.
This work analyzes the importance of digital technologies in the educational process, the
effectiveness of their use in pedagogical practice, and important aspects of training future
educators to work with digital technologies. In this article, ideas are expressed on how digital
technologies can be effectively used to develop the professional skills of educators.
LITERATURE ANALYSIS
In order to improve the professional skills of future educators, improving their literacy in digital
technologies is a very important task. Modern digital technologies allow educators to effectively
manage the educational process, make educational activities with children more interesting and
interactive. To achieve this goal, the methodological foundations of studying digital technologies

and their effective use are considered through the analysis of various literature. Below is an
analysis of some of the main literature on this issue.
Digital technologies in the educational process serve not only to increase the effectiveness of
teaching, but also to strengthen the motivation of students, and to develop their creative and
critical thinking skills. For example, A. M. Shishova's work "Digital Technologies and the
Pedagogical Process" highlights the specific aspects of studying digital technologies in the
modern education system and their use in pedagogical activities. The work emphasizes that
educators create the opportunity to work individually with children through the effective use of
digital technologies, developing the personalization of education.
The use of digital tools creates broad opportunities for educators to make the learning process
with children more interactive, and for them to learn education. The book "Organization of the
Pedagogical Process through Digital Technologies" by V. N. Komkov and L. G. Ivanova
examines the methodological foundations and practical methods of using digital tools in the
pedagogical process. The work emphasizes the importance of new methods of teaching through
digital technologies, interactive programs and learning platforms.
Another important literature in improving the digital literacy of future educators is the work of N.
A. Kuzmina "Digital Technologies in Pedagogical Professional Education". This work provides
instructions for teaching educators digital technologies and how to use these technologies in their
professional activities. The author emphasizes the importance of arousing students' interest and
involving them in the educational process, especially through electronic learning resources,
educational software, and digital games.
Teaching future educators interactive learning platforms is important in mastering digital
technologies. A. S. Dmitriev's work "Interactive Learning and Digital Technologies" provides
detailed information on the advantages of interactive educational programs, how they can be
used to shape and stimulate student activity. The work also considers the pedagogical and
psychological aspects of using digital educational tools.
Increasing literacy in digital technologies is of great importance in improving the professional
skills of educators. An analysis of the literature shows that the use of digital technologies in
pedagogical activities not only helps to effectively organize the educational process, but also
develops the professional competencies of educators. Therefore, it is necessary to train future
educators to work with digital tools and platforms, to increase their readiness to use digital
technologies in pedagogical activities.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Increasing literacy in digital technologies is important in improving the professional skills of
future educators. Research and literature analysis show that modern digital technologies allow
educators to effectively lead the educational processaging, making work with students interactive

and interesting, as well as providing the opportunity to work individually with children. Learning
digital technologies is a necessary tool for improving pedagogical skills and achieving high
efficiency in working with children.
The use of digital technologies in pedagogical activities activates children's learning activities,
personalizes the educational process, and ensures the cooperation of teachers and students. In
particular, new, interesting and effective forms of teaching children are being created through
tools such as interactive programs, electronic resources, online platforms, and digital games.
This process, in turn, helps to develop the professional literacy of educators.
Several problems may arise in the full implementation of the use of digital technologies in the
professional activities of educators. These include the lack of knowledge of educators on how to
effectively use digital technologies, the lack of methodological manuals and trainings necessary
for teaching them, as well as the insufficient development of the infrastructure necessary for
working with technological tools.
In addition, to improve the digital literacy of educators, it is necessary to organize regular
professional development programs for teachers and pedagogical specialists. Special trainings
and courses should be organized in educational institutions to teach digital technologies and
effectively and correctly apply them in the pedagogical process. This will increase the
enthusiasm of teachers to work with digital tools and ensure the successful use of digital
technologies in teaching students.
It is also important to enrich curricula with digital technologies and constantly analyze the
effectiveness of educational resources and platforms. A systematic and comprehensive approach
is required in mastering new technologies and innovative pedagogical methods. This will allow
educators to raise their professional competencies to a higher level.
CONCLUSION
Increasing literacy in digital technologies is an important factor in improving the professional
skills of future educators. Research and literature analysis show that digital technologies create
opportunities for effective management of the pedagogical process, making education more
interactive and interesting, increasing student engagement and personalization.
Digital tools, such as interactive programs, online platforms and educational games, create new
opportunities for educators in working with children and help them develop their pedagogical
skills. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the skills of educators, organize special
trainings and courses to ensure their effective use of digital technologies.
However, there are some problems in introducing digital technologies into the educational
process, such as the lack of technological infrastructure and the unwillingness of teachers to use
digital tools. To prevent this, systematic measures are needed to train teachers to work with

digital technologies, constantly modernize their pedagogical activities and increase digital
literacy.
Thus, the full and effective use of digital technologies in the pedagogical process plays an
important role in developing the professional competencies of future educators and organizing
education in a high-quality and innovative way..
