TASKS OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract:
The article analyzes the integration of digital technologies in the educational system
and its effective management. Digital technologies create a wide range of opportunities to
modernize the educational process, expand the learning opportunities of students, and improve
the work efficiency of teachers. The article also highlights the importance of innovative
technologies such as e-learning platforms, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality
(VR/AR), interactive educational programs. For the successful implementation of digital
technologies in education, important management tasks are discussed, such as developing
infrastructure, improving digital literacy of teachers, establishing electronic assessment systems,
and ensuring cyber security of students.

opportunity to obtain knowledge without geographical boundaries is being created. At the same
time, digital technologies make it possible to develop personalized educational paths, and each
student is trained in accordance with his or her level of knowledge. This serves to increase
students' learning performance. Through interactive learning tools, including video tutorials,
simulations, and virtual laboratories, students can learn theoretical knowledge by connecting it
with practice. Artificial intelligence and automated assessment systems analyze the level of
knowledge of students and provide them with appropriate recommendations. At the same time,
when gamification elements are used, students' interest in the educational process increases and
their motivation increases. Educational materials are accessible at any time through electronic
textbooks, open educational resources, and online libraries, which also encourages independent
learning.

and convenient. Teachers can effectively monitor the level of knowledge of students through

process of developing and modernizing the education system today. The effective introduction
and management of digital technologies in the educational process requires solving a number of
urgent tasks. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the material and technical base of
educational institutions for the effective use of modern information and communication
technologies in the educational process. The educational process can be made more effective by
developing digital infrastructure, providing high-speed Internet, and introducing modern
computer equipment. It is also important to prepare teachers to work with digital technologies, as
