национальном образовании и воспитании, особенно в образовании, и их основа для

развития компетентности учителей как (будущих) классных руководителей.

Abstract:

This article discusses the importance of traditions and values ​ ​ in national

education and upbringing, especially in education, and their basis in developing the competence

of (future) teachers as classroom leaders today.

The first issue on the path of life is the issue of school.

The role of the class leader in the formation of the national education system in today's era of

globalization is incomparable. The class leader is an important person who not only coordinates

the educational process, but also promotes the personal development of students, the absorption

of national values and adaptation to society. The tasks of the class leader are multifaceted, the

main areas of which are individual work with students, establishing cooperation with parents,

creating a healthy environment in the classroom and protecting the rights of students. Doctor of

Pedagogical Sciences G'.As Shodmonov noted,” the head of the class plays an important role in

improving the upbringing, spiritual maturity and social activity of students"

The class leader is required to instill in students a sense of national pride, educate them in the

spirit of patriotism, and teach them to respect national cultures and traditions. The head of the

class should also teach students to think independently, critically analyze and solve problems.

This is one of the main goals of National Education. In addition, in the management of the class,

National Education directs students to acquire scientific knowledge, develops their abilities and

promotes the identification of their professional orientation. The regulation of the Ministry of

public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on the organization of the activities of the head

of the class in general secondary educational institutions”clearly defines the tasks of the head of

the class.

The class leader helps to unlock their creative abilities by engaging students in a variety of

activities. National holidays, literary evenings, sports competitions and other activities serve to

raise the national spirit of students. The class leader contributes to the spiritual maturation of

students by meaningfully organizing their free time

. Thus, the activities of the class leader are

important in the national education system. It plays a fundamental role in the comprehensive

development of students, educating them in the spirit of national values and ensuring their

adaptation to society.

The process of educational and educational activities of teachers (Future) provides for the

consideration of the following issues, along with the fact that they require knowledge of the

content, essence, features, laws of the upbringing of a harmonious personality, which are studied

within the framework of such disciplines as general pedagogy, philosophy, logic, psychology,

methodology of educational work:

organizational:

to stimulate the active subjective position of students in the educational process;

taking into account the interaction of the educational process with other subjects (teachers,

parents) when organizing student activities;

meaningful:

development of various types of student activities (cognitive, design-research,

applied education) in the process of professional training;

information and methodological support of educational activities;

motivational:

to ensure successful participation of students in educational activities

development, presentation and implementation of educational projects with students;

drawing up a curriculum analysis plan that contributes to student self-awareness;

pedagogical support:

pedagogical guidance to educational projects;

planning individual tips aimed at the personal professional development of students.

Analysis of literature, scientific research on the problem of research the role of nationalism in

education is incomparable in the development and implementation of the basics of improving

technologies for preparing future teachers for class leadership activities on the basis of an

innovative approach.

The educational process is an important stage of human maturation, in which the role of national

traditions is important. In particular, national traditions in education are the embodiment of the

spiritual heritage, customs, values and way of life of the people, formed over the centuries.

Focusing on national traditions in education is an important factor in educating the younger

generation in the spirit of respect for the history, culture of their people, the formation of a sense

of patriotism in them. National traditions are carried out through specific methods and means in

the educational process. Examples of folk oral creativity, national literature, music, dance, fine

arts, craft objects and other objects of cultural heritage are important in educating the younger

generation in a national spirit. Education, based on national traditions, cultivates the aesthetic

taste of young people, develops the ability to feel beauty in them.

Also, by teaching national traditions, young people are introduced to the values, moral standards

of their people. This helps them to find their place in society, to properly establish relationships

with others, to realize their duty and responsibilities. A respectful view of national traditions

encourages the younger generation to realize their identity, to be proud that they are

representatives of their people. The role of national traditions in education is important not only

for the study of the past, but also for the construction of the future. Education based on national

traditions serves to educate the younger generation in the spirit of national values, along with

modern knowledge, to develop innovative thinking and creative abilities in them.

In today's era of globalization, the preservation and development of national traditions is an

important task. Special attention should be paid to teaching national traditions in educational

institutions, organizing various events, clubs, competitions in this regard. It is also necessary to

increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in teaching national traditions, arm them with

modern methodologies. The role of parents in teaching National Education traditions is also

unparalleled. They should tell their children about national values, traditions, introduce them to

games, fairy tales, songs in the national spirit. Creating an atmosphere of respect for national

traditions in the family teaches the younger generation to take a loving look at the history and

culture of their people.

In conclusion, nationalism is important in education. Education based on national traditions

serves to educate the younger generation in the spirit of respect for the history and culture of

their people, to form a sense of patriotism in them, to educate them in the spirit of national values,

in addition to modern knowledge.
