Maqolada xlamidial va mikoplazma infektsiyalarining zamonaviy serologik

Xlamidiya qo'zg'atuvchilarini 1907 yilda Provachek va Galbershtedter kashf

etgan. Xlamidial infektsiyani o'rganishdagi yutuqlar mikrobiologiya, laborator
diagnostika va genosistematikaning yutuqlari bilan uzviy bog'liqdir. Zamonaviy
tushunchalarga

ko'ra,

xlamidiya

mikroorganizmlarni o'z ichiga oladi va bakteriyalar va viruslar o'rtasidagi oraliqni
egallaydi. Dastlab xlamidiyalar hujayraning sitoplazmasida ko'payish va uzoq vaqt
davomida hujayra ichida davom etish qobiliyatiga ko'ra viruslar deb tasniflangan.
Hozirgi vaqtda ushbu organizmlar nuklein kislotalari DNK, RNK va muram kislotasini
o'z ichiga olgan bakterial membranaga ega bo'lganligi, shuningdek tetratsiklin
qatoridagi antibiotiklariga, makrolidlarga, xinolonlarga sezgirligi sababli ko'proq
bakteriyalar sinfiga tegishli deb hisoblaniladi. Barcha xlamidiyalar, zamonaviy
tushunchalarga ko'ra, xuddi shunday rivojlanish tsikliga, bir xil kimyoviy tarkibga,
umumiy guruhga, turlarga xos antigen - AG (lipolizaxarid kompleksi, uning reaktiv
yarmi 2-keto-3-deoksioktan kislotasi) ga ega. Xlamidiyalar yashash tsikliga asosan
ikki shakliga ega: hujayradan tashqari - elementar tanasi (ET) va hujayra ichidagi -
retikulyar yoki boshlang'ich tanasi (RT). ETlar yuqumli xususiyatlarga ega va antigen
jihatdan faoldir. Xlamidiyaning ikki shaklda mavjudligi kasallikning o'tkir va yashirin
kabi turli shakllarini rivojlanishiga yordam beradi. 1999 yilda o'ziga xos rivojlanish
tsikliga ega bo'lgan yangi mikroorganizmlarning kashf etilishi munosabati bilan

ET borligi bilan tavsiflangan va ko'proq obligat xujayra ichi bakteriyalar kiradi va
gomologiya bo'yicha 16S va 23S rRNA genlarining ketma-ketligi 80% ni tashkil etadi.

muvofiq, "xlamidiya" emas, balki "xlamidial" infektsiyani ishlatish yanada aniqroq.

bakteriyalarga tegishli deb tan olingan. Mavjud zamonaviy tasnifga ko'ra,
mikoplazmalar Mollicutes sinfidagi mikroorganizmlarga tegishli bo'lib, ular uch
qatorga, 4 turkumga, 6 avlodga bo'linadi va 100 ga yaqin turni o'z ichiga oladi. Bugungi
kungacha eng ko'p o'rganilgan oila - bu Mycoplasmatacae, unga 2 tur kiradi:
Ureaplasma va Mycoplasma. Inson kamida 12 ta mikoplazma turi uchun tabiiy xo'jayin
hisoblanadi. Barcha ma'lum xarakatchan mikoplazmalar odamlar va hayvonlar uchun
patogen hisoblanadi [9,10].

qo'zg'atuvchisi hisoblanadi. Mikoplazma membranasining xo'jayin hujayrasi
membranasi bilan zich qo'shilish qobiliyatini e'tiborga olgan holda patogenlik omili
deb hisoblash mumkin, chunki hilpillovchi epiteliya kirpikchalarining harakati
buziladi, nafaqat hujayraning normal fiziologiyasi, balki membranalar arxitektonikasi
ham o'zgaradi. Mikoplazmalar makroorganizmda uzoq vaqt ko'payishi va saqlanishi,

zararlangan hujayralar metabolizmini o'zgartirishi, ustun, immunokompetent va
boshqa hujayralarning normal ishlash mexanizmlarini izdan chiqarishi mumkin.
Mikoplazmalar nafaqat hujayradan tashqari, balki hujayra ichkarisida ham ko'payishi
mumkinligi isbotlangan. Mikoplazmalar - fakultativ membrana parazitlari hisoblanadi.
Eksperiment va klinik ko'rinish nuqtai nazaridan eng ko'p o'rganilgan qo'zgatuvchi M.
pneumoniae hisoblanadi. Eksperimental sharoitda ushbu shtamm nafas olish
epiteliyasining inapparant infektsiyasini keltirib chiqarishi o'rganildi. Shu bilan birga,
M. pneumoniae shtammlari ayollarning servikal kanalida va ularning jinsiy
sheriklarida ham topilganligini ko'rsatadigan ilmiy ishlar paydo bo'ldi, bu jinsiy yo'l
yoki og'iz orqali yuqtirish yo'lini ko'rsatdi. Peribronxit va ekssudativ vaskulit belgilari
bilan kechuvchi pnevmoniyani keltirib chiqaradigan shtammlar patogenlikning eng
yuqori darajasiga ega deydi S.V. Prozorovskiy [21,22,23,24].

Mikoplazma infektsiyasidan vafot etgan yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarning kesma

materialini o'rganish vaqtida hayotiy muhim organlarga: markaziy asab tizimi,
perikard, buyraklar va o'pkaga zarar etkazadigan umumiy infektsiya aniqlangan.
So'nggi yillarda uchta mikoplazma turi (

M. pneumoniae, M. gallisepticum, M.

laylayvii

) eng yuqori gemolitik faollikka ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Gemolizinlar kirpikli

epiteliyning to'qimalari va hujayralariga zararli ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Eritrositlarga
yopishgan mikoplazmalar ularning gemolizini keltirib chiqaradi, bu esa
mikrosirkulyatsiyaning buzilishi, vaskulit va tromb rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin.
