THE FORMATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE-MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE FIRST CITIES ORGANIZED IN SURKHAN OASIS AREA

In this article, the formation of the administrative-management system of the first cities established in the Surkhan oasis and the role of large families, crafts, farming, and religious traditions in the administrative-management system. Thoughts about the administrative system were discussed. It was analyzed based on the scientific approaches of the archaeological scientists who conducted the research.
