THE ROLE OF RUSSIAN ORIENTALS IN STUDYING THE ETHNOGRAPHY OF SURKHAN OASIS
Currently, some of the world's leading scientific organizations are studying the material and spiritual culture, customs and traditions of some historical and cultural regions of Central Asia, in particular, Uzbekistan, determining their contribution to world civilization, and the ethnography of the population living in this region in different political eras. In this article, the formation of the administrative-management system of the first cities established in the Surkhan oasis and the role of large families, crafts, farming, and religious traditions in the administrative-management system. Thoughts about the administrative system were discussed. It was analyzed based on the scientific approaches of the archaeological scientists who conducted the research.

This article explores how organizations gather and analyze information about cyber threats to protect their systems and data.
By leveraging diverse data sources such as open-source intelligence, dark web monitoring, and information sharing, organizations enhance their understanding of threat actors' tactics and motivations. Advanced analysis techniques, including data mining, machine learning, and human expertise, enable organizations to identify emerging threats and prioritize their response effectively.
The implementation of CTI has led to improved threat detection, enhanced situational awareness, and proactive defense measures. However, challenges such as data overload and the need for skilled analysts must be addressed to maximize the effectiveness of CTI. Ultimately, CTI plays a crucial role in fortifying organizations' resilience against the evolving cyber threat landscape.
DEVELOPMENT AND SIGNIFICANCE OF FOREIGN POLICY AND DIPLOMACY IN BUKHARA EMIRATE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE OTTOMAN TURKS)
This article examines the development and significance of foreign policy and diplomacy in the Bukhara Emirate, focusing on its interactions with the Ottoman Turks. Through historical analysis, archival research, and the study of primary sources, the multidisciplinary approach reveals the evolution of diplomatic exchanges, trade relations, and strategic alliances between the Bukhara Emirate and the Ottoman Empire. The study underscores the geopolitical, cultural, and intellectual significance of these diplomatic interactions, which influenced the foreign policy strategies, military capabilities, and cultural enrichment of the Bukhara Emirate. The enduring legacy of these diplomatic engagements is shown to have a lasting impact on the contemporary geopolitical dynamics of Central Asia, informing the foreign policy approaches of modern-day Uzbekistan and underscoring the enduring influence of historical diplomatic exchanges. This research provides valuable insights into the intricate interplay of diplomatic, political, and cultural dynamics, shedding light on the enduring influence of historical diplomatic engagements in shaping the contemporary geopolitical landscape of Central Asia.
