This article aims to analyze the administrative reforms implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan since 2017 to 2023. The tasks and their results are considered in chronological order in the article. The main issues in the normative legal documents adopted for the implementation of administrative reforms were isolated and analyzed. As a result of the research, several proposals and recommendations were developed for the effective implementation of administrative reforms. ‎

The article analyzes the epistemological views of Fakhruddin Ali Safi, one of the mature scholars of the Timurid era. Ali Safi analyzed cognitive processes in three directions. Also, the fact that he analyzed and interpreted rationalism and irrationalism, religious and worldly knowledge in his works proves that he was a great thinker. ‎

The period of the Timurids is one of the most important periods in our cultural history and spiritual formation. Our ancestors who grew up in this period left an incomparable legacy in various fields of scientific knowledge, as well as in the fields of religion and mysticism. One of the great thinkers of this era is Fakhruddin Ali Safi. ‎

This article discusses the study of the problem of mental development in the science of psychology. Mental development is a multifaceted process that encompasses the growth and maturation of cognitive, emotional, and social abilities throughout an individual's lifespan. In the field of psychology, understanding and defining mental development is crucial to comprehending human behavior, learning processes, and overall psychological well-being. This article comprehensively explores mental development, outlining various dimensions, theories, and factors involved in shaping an individual's cognitive, emotional, and social capacities. By delving into the intricacies of mental development, this article aims to enhance our understanding of this fundamental concept within the discipline of psychology. ‎

The article highlights the political and legal foundations of the fight against extremism and terrorism in Uzbekistan on the example of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are regulatory legal documents, and the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is considered a court document. ‎

The development of the internet and social networks, on one hand, makes people's lives easier, but on the other hand, has a negative impact on traditions and customs that have been going on since time immemorial. The creation of "sovchilar.uz" and "sovchi.uz" websites, along with the creation of more than 10 "sovchilar" and "sovchi.uz" channels and groups in one of the social networks, with a subscriber count of over a thousand, is a clear example of this.

This research paper investigates the phenomenon of author exponential growth in the field of forensic medicine and proposes a novel metric called the Activity Index. The study aims to unveil patterns and trends in author productivity, collaboration, and impact within the discipline. By analyzing a comprehensive dataset of scholarly publications, citation networks, and author affiliations, we examine the factors influencing author growth and identify key contributors to the field. The findings shed light on the dynamic nature of forensic medicine research and provide valuable insights for researchers, institutions, and policymakers. ‎

This study aims to investigate the relationship between language skills anxiety and foreign language learning aptitude among Iranian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners. Language skills anxiety refers to the feeling of apprehension or fear experienced by learners when using different language skills, such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Foreign language learning aptitude, on the other hand, refers to the innate ability or potential of learners to acquire and develop proficiency in a foreign language. The study utilized a quantitative research design and collected data from a sample of Iranian EFL learners using validated measures of language skills anxiety and foreign language learning aptitude. The findings of the study provide insights into the relationship between language skills anxiety and foreign language learning aptitude among Iranian EFL learners and contribute to our understanding of the factors that influence language learning outcomes. ‎

This study aims to evaluate the stakeholder perceptions of social partnership in the context of integrated secondary schools and professional education for IT training. Through a comprehensive literature review, semi-structured interviews, and surveys, we analyze the opinions and expectations of the various stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, administrators, and employers. The findings highlight the opportunities and challenges associated with social partnership in IT education and provide recommendations for enhancing the integration of IT training in secondary schools and professional education. ‎

Through a detailed analysis, the study explores the various literary techniques employed by Dickinson to convey deeper meanings and evoke emotional responses. The use of poetic devices such as imagery, metaphor, personification, and rhyme scheme are analyzed, along with the symbolism embedded within the poem. By unraveling the intricate layers of the poem, this study provides a deeper understanding of Dickinson's poetic craftsmanship and the thematic significance of 'Because I could not stop for Death. ‎

This study investigates the effectiveness of monetary policy in stimulating macroeconomic performance during economic downturns in Nigeria. The research examines the relationship between monetary policy instruments, such as interest rates and money supply, and key macroeconomic variables, including GDP growth, inflation, and unemployment. The study utilizes empirical analysis based on time-series data from the Nigerian economy over a specific period. The findings provide insights into the efficacy of monetary policy measures in mitigating the adverse effects of economic downturns and promoting overall macroeconomic stability in Nigeria. ‎
