Introduction.
The roots of education begin in the family. Each person's outlook on life,
values, and social relationships are formed from childhood, precisely in the
bosom of the family. The family is not only a small social structure, but also the
basis of national values, cultural traditions, and moral standards, a source of
invaluable heritage passed on to future generations. Therefore, the correct
orientation of family education, its integration with modern approaches, is one
of the urgent issues.
In today's era of globalization, the issue of national education is reaching a
new level. It is important to instill in young people the moral qualities inherited
from our ancestors, to educate them based on modern competencies. Because
now it is required to educate a person who is flexible in a socio-cultural
environment, based not only on theoretical knowledge, but also on practical
skills. This requires the introduction of the principles of a competency-based
approach into the family education system.
Family education is a complex process that is formed not only by the
education that parents give to their children, but also by the family environment,
relationships, spiritual environment and personal example. Therefore,

organizing national education in the family based on a competency-based
approach is important not only theoretically, but also practically. This article will
highlight modern principles of family education, pedagogical innovations and
mechanisms for instilling national values. It is through these aspects that we can
educate the future generation as conscious, patriotic and spiritually rich people.
To effectively organize the process of national education, it is not enough to
rely only on traditional methods. Today, the success of education and upbringing
depends on modern pedagogical approaches, innovative methods and
competency-based approaches. And it is precisely the use of a competency-
based approach in family education that serves as an important tool for
effectively conveying national values to the younger generation.
The success of upbringing depends, first of all, on how the family
environment is organized. Therefore, methodologically, in the study of family
upbringing, it is necessary to take into account individual and social factors
based on psychological and pedagogical analysis. The competency-based
approach serves to form certain skills, practical abilities and personal
responsibility in children. The main criteria in this regard are:
1. The harmony of pedagogical and psychological approaches - each child
has individual developmental characteristics, and it is necessary to use
educational methods taking into account their psychological characteristics.
2. Development of practical competencies - children should have the skills
to solve life problems, think independently, express their views and behave
freely in a social environment.
3. Innovative pedagogical technologies - the use of modern educational
methods in family upbringing, such as interactive classes, role-playing games,
and methods for solving problem situations, is of great importance in
strengthening national values.
4. Modeling and learning based on experience - it is important to test
various pedagogical models in the process of upbringing, analyze and apply
successful examples of family upbringing in practice.
The combination of empirical and theoretical methods plays a key role in
the research methodology. By studying advanced experiences in family
upbringing, conducting practical research and analyzing historical sources on
folk pedagogy, it is possible to form effective mechanisms of national upbringing.
Thus, to increase the effectiveness of family upbringing, it is necessary to
enrich traditional approaches with modern competency-based principles. In
this, the health of the family environment, the pedagogical literacy of parents

and the consistency in instilling national values serve as decisive factors.
Through a methodologically based approach to the upbringing process, we not
only form strong family ties, but also educate the future generation as
independent, socially active and nationally conscious individuals.
Any upbringing system requires in-depth analysis and constant
improvement. In particular, the issue of organizing national education on the
basis of a competency-based approach is gaining relevance today. The family is
an environment in which national values, moral standards and social culture are
formed, and its educational effectiveness is directly related to the development
of society.
One of the main problems in family education is that sometimes it is
difficult to find a balance between traditional approaches and modern
requirements. Some parents associate national education only with methods
based on the past, while others completely accept modern technologies and
Western pedagogical approaches, ignoring national identity. In fact, ideal
education is a system based on the harmony of traditions and innovations.
A competency-based approach means that children and young people
should not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also be able to apply it in
everyday life. For example, when teaching their children the rules of etiquette,
parents should not limit themselves to just giving advice, but also provide them
with practical skills on how to behave in various life situations. From this point
of view, family education is a constantly evolving process that must change in
accordance with the requirements of time and space.
One of the main challenges of national education in today's era of
globalization is the excessive flow of information and its impact on family
education. Parents and educators should not limit themselves only to the school
or family when educating children, but it is important to control their
information environment and choose content that is in harmony with the
national culture.
In addition, the effectiveness of family education depends not only on the
parenting style of parents, but also on the general education system in society.
Such tasks as raising children in the spirit of patriotism, preparing them for
social life, and forming the qualities of hard work and humanity are the
responsibility of not only the family, but also the entire society. Therefore,
strong cooperation between public policy, educational institutions, and local
communities is needed to support family education.

In conclusion, the formation of national education based on a competency-
based approach is a complex process that requires constant research and
experience. We must develop educational mechanisms in harmony with modern
approaches, while preserving our history, culture and national values. Only then
can we form the future generation as truly knowledgeable, socially active and
nationally distinctive people.
Organizing national education in the family based on a competency-based
approach is not only one of the pressing issues of the present time, but also an
important process that determines the fate of the future generation. The
personality, outlook on life, moral and spiritual qualities of each person are
formed primarily in the family. Therefore, the correct orientation of family
education and its harmonization with modern requirements is of great
importance for the development of society.
Today, we need a generation raised on a competency-based approach.
Because modern society requires individuals who are not only knowledgeable,
but also able to think independently, solve problems and find their place in
social life. This requires that family education is not limited to theoretical
knowledge alone, but also instilling in children the skills they will need in real
life.
The success of family education largely depends on the pedagogical literacy
of parents and the educational environment created by society. If a healthy
spiritual environment is created in the family, and national values become a way
of life, children will be raised in the spirit of national pride and self-awareness.
On the contrary, if education is neglected in the family or the wrong approach is
used, social problems in society may increase as a result.
To develop national education based on a competency-based approach, we
need to pay attention to the following main areas:
1. Continuity and systematicity in education - national education is a
process that is not accidental or specific to a certain age, and it should continue
at all stages of a child's life.
2. Development of practical skills - children should be given the opportunity
not only to talk about national values, but also to apply them in practice. For
example, it is important not only to study customs and traditions, but also to
teach them to apply them in life.
3. Cooperation of the family environment and society - national education is
not only the responsibility of the family, but schools, neighborhoods and state
institutions should also actively participate in this process.

4. Innovative approaches - by introducing modern technologies into family
education, it is possible to interest children and youth, to achieve their respect
for their national heritage.
As a result, it should be noted that the formation of national education in
the family based on a competency-based approach means creating a solid
spiritual foundation for the future generation. If we adapt national education to
modern requirements and approach it systematically, we can educate spiritually
mature, patriotic and intellectually developed individuals in our society. This
will serve the development and stability not only of families, but also of the
entire nation.
Conclusion
.
The future of every society depends on how its younger generation is
educated. And the family is the first and most important stage of this education.
We must raise our children not only as educated, but also as spiritually mature
individuals who respect their national values and think independently. For this,
it is important to introduce a competency-based approach to the upbringing
process.
Family education based on a competency-based approach means that
children should not only receive theoretical knowledge, but also have the skills
to solve life problems, clearly express their opinions and find their place in
society. Parents should have not only kind, but also knowledgeable and modern
pedagogical approaches. Because in today's rapidly changing world, enriching
and improving traditional methods of education with modern methods is an
important task.
Family education is not just about giving advice. This is a complex process
that is reflected in every action, in the family environment and in the
relationship between parents and children. If an atmosphere of love, mutual
understanding and cooperation reigns in the family, children will also absorb
these values and serve society in this spirit in the future.
Therefore, the introduction of a competency-based approach to family
education is a necessity today. The following aspects are important in this
regard:
1. Formation of a systematic approach to education - national education
should be a continuous and ongoing process.
2. Use of innovative and practical methods – it is necessary to give children
and youth life skills, not just theoretical education.

3. Strengthening the cooperation of society and family – national education
should be supported not only in the family, but also at the school and
neighborhood levels.
4. Increasing the pedagogical competence of parents – each parent should
have not only life experience, but also modern knowledge in raising children.
In conclusion, family education is the most important factor determining the
future of the nation. If we can instill national values in our children based on a
competency-based approach and educate them as independent and socially
active individuals, our society will be stronger, spiritually richer and more
developed. Therefore, every family is the support of the nation, and we must
strengthen it not only with love and affection, but also with modern knowledge
and experience.
