In world linguistics, special attention is paid to the research of systematic relations of language levels. Language performs a social function as a means of communication, and it is important to characterize the characteristics of language units, determine the degree of application, analyze the systemic relationship between them. Therefore, the systematic analysis of ideographic dictionaries based on the perception, perception, expression through dictionary units of the world landscape in various genetically based languages (English, Russian and Uzbek languages) makes it possible to identify semantic characters associated with the intercultural universal and mental lexicon. The definition of the principles of making an ideographic dictionary is relevant in the harmonious illumination of the communicative function of the language and the features associated with the personality factor, linguistic consciousness, level of thinking and the ability to & perceive.
In world linguistics, projects and programs are implemented that plan to analyze the history of dictionaries, their formation in a systematic relationship and their theoretical and practical foundations. This requires the global introduction of dictionaries and the formation of new systems of using dictionaries that meet the requirements of the present. In this regard, in modem linguistics, the need arose to develop the scientific foundations of the creation and classification of ideographic dictionaries, to study and improve their specifics.
The scientific strengthening of the research of the language system, which forms the basis of spiritual growth in our republic, is one of the urgent tasks of linguistics, in which the process of integration of research centers with the jaxon advanced linguistic schools has created the need for a thorough knowledge of foreign languages. In particular, it is considered important to “train modem personnel who know several foreign languages in our country, carry out scientific work on foreign languages, improve the methodology of language teaching"1, in which the youngest section of lexicography in teaching foreign languages based on new approaches assumes to focus on the development of a scientific study of ideology. Because the development of a comprehensive system of ideographic resources in terms of inter-linguistic and intercultural relations provides a number of opportunities in the construction of dictionaries.

Decisions of PQ-3775 of June 5, 2018 "on additional measures to improve the quality of education in higher education institutions and ensure their active participation in the comprehensive reforms carried out in the country" of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 610 of August 11, 2017 "on measures to further improve the quality of teaching of foreign languages in educational institutions", This dissertation will serve to some extent in the implementation of the tasks set out in the decisions of December 31, 2020 No. 824 "on measures to improve the system associated with the organization of the educational process in higher educational institutions" and other regulatory legal acts related to this activity.
Conclusion
1. The analysis of dictionaries, in which specific features of the principles of drawing up ideographic dictionaries were created in Uzbek, Russian, English, showed general and different aspects as a result of the ideographic description of the system of terms.
2. Terminological dictionaries are composed of special concepts, the ideographic description of which serves to increase knowledge. The ideographic description of scientific terms requires awareness of semantic field theory and the phenomenon of semantization in the systematic study of this concept.
3. The connection between the system of concepts in Uzbek, English, Russian and their perception in being was found to increase the algorithm for constructing a visual diagram of semantic correlations, as well as the illustration of ideographic dictionaries.
4. When creating ideographic dictionaries, it was determined that it is necessary to take into account not only typological features common to all languages, but also their systemicity and pragmatic features.
5. When composing dictionaries thematically, it was found that the compiler was subjective and the semantic system was not sufficiently formulated, and suitable parameters were created when creating thematically systematized dictionaries in Uzbek, Russian, English.
6. Parametric analysis of general and special dictionaries plays a key role in determining the level of ideographic character of the dictionary. Such analysis, especially the analysis of inter-linguistic dictionaries, allows you to determine the methods suitable for them in the description and classification of terms that exist in the language. In the course of the research, definition, illustration and reference were included in the tools for semantizing lexical units.
7. The systematization of words in analog (associative) dictionaries is based on the Psychological Association of what is called a word or a concept. Lexical units arc grouped in a semantic field, it has been proven that at the center of each one are words that are close in meaning in one way or another, or Close in content, and that they have common features, and that similar stimulus words produce synonymous reactionary words.
8. For the general naming of dictionaries that accurately reflect systematic relationships within a dictionary, it is proposed to use a broader and more specific term "ideographic dictionaries" than the frequently used term "thesaurus" in this sense.
9. The dictionary is the main resource in the study of foreign languages. Research has shown that the publication of ideographic dictionaries of English and Russian is significantly superior in quantity to dictionaries of Uzbek. Therefore, in order to quickly and easily teach foreign languages, based on the existing principles, an ideographic dictionary was created in the themed Uzbek, Russian, English languages.
