Annotasiya

A number of works are being carried out to improve the quality, variety, and mechanical and other properties of refractory products. In particular, obtaining lightweight types of refractory products is one of the areas that is being widely studied in the current industry. The use of various wood chips and coal powders to give light weight to kaolin-based raw materials is among the works being carried out in this area. A number of experiments have been carried out by adding additives in different proportions and results have been obtained.

Abstract.

Olovbardosh mahsulotlarning sifatini yaxshilash, turini ko‘paytirish,

mexanik va boshqa xossalarini yaxshilash maqsadida bir qator ishlar amalga
oshirilmoqda. Jumladan olovbardosh mahsulotlarning yengil vaznli turini olish hozirgi
sanoatda keng qamrovda olinayotgan sohalardan hisoblanadi. Kaolin asosidagi xom
ashyolarga yengil vaznni berish uchun turli yog‘och qirindilari va ko‘mir kukunlaridan
foydalanish shu sohada qilinayotgan ishlar sirasiga kiradi. Qo‘shimchalarni turli
nisbatlarda qo’shish orqali bir qator tajribalar amalga oshirildi va natijalar olindi.

Yonuvchan qo‘shimchalar usuli bilan yengil vaznli olovbardosh g‘isht olishda koks va
ko‘mir eng ko‘p ishlatiladigan qo‘shimchalardan ikkitasidir. Ularning partiya
tarkibidagi hissasi 20 – 30 % gacha yеtishi mumkin. Ushbu materiallarning narxi 2-4
marta farq qiladi. Shu munosabat bilan bu komponentlar yordamida ishlab chiqarilgan
mahsulot tannarxini pasaytirish imkoniyatini baholash, ularning xususiyatlarining
o‘zgarishini hisobga olgan holda yengil materiallar xossalarini qiyosiy tahlil qilish
maqsadga muvofiqdir. [1]
Yog‘och qipiqlari issiqlik izolyatsiyasi xususiyatlari yaxshilangan g‘isht ishlab
chiqarish uchun sinovdan oʻtkazilayotgan organik chiqindilardan biridir. Agar Biz har
yili kesiladigan daraxtlarning hajmini hisobga olsak, yoqilg‘i uchun o‘tin ishlab
chiqarishda, arralangan yog‘och, shponlar, sellyuloza va qog‘oz ishlab chiqarishda
arralash paytida hosil bo‘lgan organik chiqindilarning miqdori nihoyatda ko‘pdir.
Kimyoviy nuqtai nazardan, yog‘och qipiqlari taxminan 60% uglerod, 34% kislorod,
5% vodorod va 1% azotdan iborat [2].
Quyida yog‘och qipig‘i yonishidan hosil bo‘lgan qurum va ko‘mir tarkibi roentgen
fluoresansiyali spektrometr orqali olingan natijani ko‘rishimiz mumkin:
