23 patients were plugged in research, suffering БМ with the hemilesion of internal ear. In a interap-proachable period a voice-frequency threshold audiometry, video-nystagmography, caloric test, videoimpulsive test, was conducted all patients. For БМ absence of the hidden spontaneous nystagmus is most characteristic, however the positive test of shaking of head can register oneself. The presence of asymmetry of results of calor- ic test and normal values of data of videoimpulsive dough are also characteristic in period. At the analysis of character of decline of rumor and coefficient of asymmetry in the labyrinth (CASTLE) revealed a tendency to increase hearing thresholds with increasing CASTLE
