Chronorhythms secretory ig a in patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis

It was found that secretory IgA level in maxillary exudate has significantly day-night periodity. Two points of maximum level were indicated at 6.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. At the same time minimum level was found at 10.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. The investigation of proteolytic, fibrinolytic activity; activity of oxide-renewing processes are presented complex negative influence on secretory IgA production in cases of chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis in determined hours. Received results will serve one of the criterions at development of chronotherapeutic therapy in chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis treatment
