Hematoxicity and its prevention on the targeted treatment of locally advanced renal cancer
The article presents the results of treatment of patients received targeted therapy with Sunitinib on me-tastasis of renal cancer to the lymph nodes. The total number of patients was 38. Male 21 (55.2%), female 17 (44.7%), ratio 1.2: 1. The average age is 50 ± 2.4 years. The complications associated with the use of angiogenesis blockers and tyrosine kinase inhibitors have been analyzed. The main undesirable side effects against the background of Sunitinib therapy, from the side of the blood indices: neutropenia, hypophosphatemia, lymphopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, increasing of the serum creatinine and total cholesterol. The results of treatment allow us to recommend the use of sunitinib for the treatment of patients with me-tastases in the lymph nodes of renal cancer, emphasizing the need for timely prevention of complications of this treatment

The advantage aspects of modified plasmapheresis method in comparison with standard method
Plasmapheresis sessions were performed among 45 patients in JSC “RSCS named after academician V. Vakhidov”. The results revealed that the positive reaction of the pathological process was observed in all pa-tients, regardless of the used method. However, different session number was required to achieve a significant reduction or normalization of the investigated parameters. The session number of standard method ranged from 4 to 5, the same results were observed after 2-3 sessions of modified method. The conducting of plasma-pheresis according to developed method revealed the prominent advantage over the standard method. In all cases, regardless of the reasons for detoxification procedures, we managed to reduce the number of sessions, i.e. to improve the detoxification quality. Thus, developed plasmapheresis method combines detoxification mechanisms of efferent therapy (plasmapheresis) and and indirect electrochemical oxidation of blood (electro-activated solution exposure, i.e. neutral anolyte) which made it possible to increase the effectiveness of the per-formed treatment.
