Abstract

Zamonaviy global iqtisodiy tizimda xalqaro tijorat nizolarini hal etish mexanizmlari muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. So‘nggi ikki o‘n yillikda xalqaro arbitraj dominant nizo hal etish vositasi sifatida qaralgan bo‘lsa-da, xalqaro tijorat sudlarining paydo bo‘lishi va rivojlanishi bu paradigmani o‘zgartirmoqda. Singapur xalqaro tijorat sudi (SICC) va Dubai xalqaro moliya markazi (DIFC) sudlari kabi institutlar nafaqat arbitrajga muqobil, balki unga jiddiy raqobatchi sifatida shakllanmoqda.
