The article examines the development of the digital economy and the enhancement of efficiency in corporate and government management through digital transformation processes. Information and communication technologies and artificial intelligence tools enable the automation of processes, data analysis, and improved decision-making quality across all sectors of economic activity. At the same time, digital transformation optimizes resource utilization, accelerates work processes, and increases economic efficiency. The article also explores the social, financial, and regulatory aspects of the digital economy, including the protection of personal data, the implementation of innovations, and the promotion of inclusive development.References
