Abstract

This article examines the economic content and essence of the digital economy, its current relevance, and the present state of digital governance in Uzbekistan. In addition, it provides a comparative analysis of the situation in Uzbekistan and abroad. Based on these analyses, scientific recommendations and conclusions regarding the priority directions and development of the digital economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan have been developed.
