EXPRESSION OF THE CONCEPT "WOMAN" IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK PROVERBS

This article uses the concept of "woman", described in folk Proverbs, as an example of English and Uzbek. Through analysis of Proverbs, she studies the similarities and differences in the image of women in these two cultures. The methods used include qualitative analysis of Proverbs collected from English and Uzbek folk traditions. The results reveal cultural norms, beliefs and stereotypes associated with women in each society. The debate section highlights the implications of these findings and makes recommendations for challenging gender stereotypes in folk proverbs.
