THE IMPORTANCE OF RAISING A CHILD IN THE FAMILY

Abstract: This study provides information about the formation and spiritual growth of
a child in the family, the main importance of upbringing in increasing the child's worldview. It
is advisable to educate a child in a healthy family environment, to form the child's mental health
and psychological state. During our study, the views of experienced pedagogues-psychologists
on raising a child in the family are highlighted as examples.

ВАЖНОСТЬ ВОСПИТАНИЯ РЕБЕНКА В СЕМЬЕ
Аннотация. В исследовании дана информация о формировании и духовном
развитии ребенка в семье, об основополагающем значении воспитания в формировании
мировоззрения ребенка. Важно воспитывать детей в здоровой семейной среде,
формировать их психическое здоровье и психологическое состояние. В нашем
исследовании на примерах представлены взгляды опытных педагогов-психологов на
воспитание детей в семье.

OILADA BOLA TARBIYASINING AHAMIYATI
Annotatsiya: Ushbu tadqiqotda oilada bola tarbiyasining shakllanishi va ma’naviy
yuksalishi, bolaning dunyoqarashini oshirishda tarbiyaning asosiy ahamiyati haqida
ma’lumotlar keltirib o’tilgan. Bola tarbiyasida sog’lom oilaviy muhitda ta’lim olishi, bolaning
ruxiy salomatligi, psixologik holatini shakllantirib borish maqsadga muvofiqdir. Tadqiqotimiz
davomida tajribali pedagog-psixologlarning oilada bola tarbiyasi haqida fikrlari misollar
tariqasida yoritib berilgan.

Introduction
Nowadays, it is undeniable that child psychology is becoming one of the urgent
problems of the field of education and upbringing of children in the fields of pedagogy and

psychology. After all, in order to build a great state in the future, a citizen of any state must first
be well-educated in the family and then in a preschool educational institution, and have the
opportunity to fully develop as a person. From this point of view, an educational institution,
which is considered one of the main links of continuous education, plays an important role in
the formation of a person as a person. The study of the scientific and theoretical aspects of the
psychological characteristics of early childhood and preschool children is of great practical
importance in pedagogical education. Society is a set of problems of people, including children.
The development and spiritual potential of a democratic society largely depend on the content
of psychological and educational education given to these children. As each child lives in
society, he strives to occupy his own place and independent position in it, therefore he
demonstrates his own aspirations, abilities and activity, and examples of intellectual labor.
There are a number of pedagogical disciplines that study the relationships between children,
the role of each person in society and the nature of their various social relationships, among
which psychology occupies a special place. The family is a part of society. Therefore, the role
of the family in raising a child is of great importance. If a child is raised correctly from a young
age, he will grow up to be a worthy person for society in the future. Of course, the role of
parents is great in this, their attitude towards their child, respect for adults, and respect for each
other by parents are of particular importance. If a young child lies in front of him, we know that
children are very curious and ask a lot of questions when they are young, and if we lie in the
things they ask, they will have a different opinion about this. The child gradually gets used to
this and even if you do not teach him, sometimes he will lie and deceive. But parents never
blame themselves for this, but rather scold their children. There are many mistakes that can be
made in raising a child in a family. One of the most common is the parents' desire for excessive
dominance; the child's masculinity is due to the lack of any demands on them; the lack of
uniform requirements in upbringing by parents and grandparents; Stable errors in family
upbringing are associated with the structure of the family and family relations, with the attitude
of adults to their civic duties, with their ideological orientation, with their attitude to work.
According to these signs, several types of families can be distinguished. It is necessary for
educators to know the types of families and work with them in a specific way. This type of
family is characterized by spiritual closeness between parents and children, reasonable and
normal requirements for the child to successfully master the norms of social relations. In this
type of upbringing, situations such as disrespect for parents, failure to fulfill their requirements
may develop. When working with superficially peaceful families, the educating parent focuses

on mastering the psychological situation in the family, the direction of relations between
parents. Unsettled families, such families have few spiritual interests. Such families are
characterized by indifference to production, family duties, disregard for family traditions, and
indifference to household chores. The child becomes stubborn, rude, and combative. He does
not obey the rules of adults and the community. Most children with “difficult upbringing” grow
up in such families. In modern conditions, the problem of a troubled family is one of the most
urgent problems. The family is the first social environment for a child of preschool age. Family
upbringing also plays an important role in the formation of the child's spiritual and moral
qualities. The values, religion, and traditions taught in the family instill in the child such
qualities as humanity, honesty, justice, and respect. This ensures the enrichment of the child's
personality with high qualities and helps him take a worthy place in society. At the same time,
the family is also the first school of education for the child. Parents should encourage their
child's interest in learning, teach them to read, write, and explore, and develop their intellectual
potential. A child's attitude toward education is often formed in the family, which serves as the
foundation for their future academic success. The role of the family in raising a child is
undoubtedly one of the main factors determining his future life. Through positive relationships,
love and support in the family environment, the child feels safe and protected. This increases
his self-confidence and helps him gain a solid psychological foundation in the future. Parents
have a great responsibility in raising a child. They play a leading role in providing for their
children not only financially, but also in giving them spiritual education. Parents create a solid
foundation for their child's future by showing love and respect to the child, appreciating honesty
and integrity, teaching them the importance of enduring difficulties and working hard. Spiritual
education encourages the child to think about the meaning and values of life, and to build his
life in a meaningful and purposeful way. A child raised in a healthy, strong, and loving family
environment has a great chance of succeeding in life, finding his place in society, and growing
up as a morally and spiritually high-achieving individual. Therefore, every parent should feel
responsible for their child's future and try to provide him with the right upbringing. The place
and role of the family in raising a child is incomparable, and this process ensures a happy and
successful life for the child. Understanding the importance of the family in raising a child is
necessary not only for parents, but also for every member of society. Because every child is a
part of the future society. As their upbringing is, so will tomorrow's society. The spirituality,
morality, intellectual and psychological foundation formed in the family guides the child
throughout his life. The role of the family in upbringing is often associated with the first

experiences, knowledge and skills in the child's life. For example, the child's first words, first
steps, initial intellectual experiences - all this happens in the family. Therefore, the social and
cultural environment in the family gives the child the first impressions, begins the process of
his worldview and self-awareness. In the family environment, the child first feels the
environment in which he lives, learns what relationships exist, what rules apply. This has a
great impact on the process of his socialization. Based on the experiences in his family, the
child learns how to relate to the people around him. If the relationships within the family are
warm, full of respect and affection, the child will also relate to those around him in this way.
On the contrary, if the family environment is negative, this can have a negative impact on the
child's personality. At the same time, the family is an important tool in the spiritual education
of the child. Parents instill patriotism, respect for national values, humanity and justice in the
child's heart. These qualities serve as the main criteria for the child on the path of life. Also, the
traditions, customs and values taught in the family directly affect the child's personality and
future life.
Conclusion
The family plays an important and incomparable role in the upbringing of a child. The
family forms the personality, moral qualities, spirituality and intellectual development of the
child. Therefore, each family should pay great attention to the upbringing of its child,
contributing to the upbringing of responsible, educated and spiritually high individuals for
society. Timely upbringing of the family determines the future of the child and his successful
life in society. The family is undoubtedly the main foundation of a happy and successful life of
a child.
