Abstract.
In our society today, the teaching of foreign languages, especially
English, is developing day by day. The mechanism of teaching methods plays an
important role in the process of teaching English. The use of effective method
competencies in the classroom is valued as a product of the intellectual
approach and research of each faculty member to their profession. The
functional serenity of modern ped-technologies improves the process of
integrated communication in the process of language teaching.
Keywords:

aspect, professional efficiency, methods, ways, approaches.
Today, the use of modern pedagogical technologies in teaching and learning
a foreign language (English) is developing consistently and continuously in all
educational institutions, and at the same time it is being widely implemented. As
a result, the diversity of classrooms in all educational institutions is increasing,
creating rich opportunities for students and teachers, as well as opening up
opportunities for effective teaching and learning. Since the number of English
language learners around the world is increasing day by day, there is an
important issue, the resource centers available in all educational institutions
require the formation of a comprehensive resource for students with the
necessary reference materials based on modern methods. Undoubtedly, the
need for the scientific organization of the lesson is important, and in addition,
the creation of an immovable strategic foundation is also a requirement of the
time, which in turn is divided into several principles and methods. The goal is to
focus on further improving the effectiveness of the lesson. The educational
process, carried out by professors and teachers in the laboratory with the
participation of students using modern educational methods, is a source of
cooperation based on two partners, and the achievement of the expected result
in the final part determines the creative skills of this teacher. A diverse approach
to the lesson is aimed not only at strengthening the thinking capacity, but also at
sharply developing the student's skills in the field (speaking, writing, reading,
listening). "The inextricable connection of interactive methods with skills is
explained by the interesting and complementary nature of the lessons. Ensuring
this continuity undoubtedly requires teachers to approach their tasks

responsibly and skillfully." In the current modern era, we see classes with a
creative approach, teaching. In determining the knowledge, abilities, and skills
of professors and teachers, the effectiveness of the principle or method chosen
in each lesson is determined based on the results of the lesson and the indicators
achieved by students during the lesson. So, it can be seen that the effectiveness
of modern pedagogical technologies is not limited to the use and
implementation, but also to clearly indicate the purpose of the applied methods
and principles in increasing educational efficiency. If we look at the content and
classification of teaching methods and principles, they are explained as follows:
Teaching principle.
It is a general set of ideas, beliefs, and methods of natural learning carried
out in the classroom.
Teaching strategy.
A specific teaching pattern that is considered a broad term plan and is
aimed at achieving the intended goal.
Teaching method.
A systematic way of doing something. A logical step-by-step approach. A
very effective method. The teaching technique is a creative approach based on
specific activities and task implementation, with a well-defined work routine.
The principle of individual engagement.
In this, the student is required to engage separately and alone, the goal is
for the student to be able to independently solve the problem situation.
The principle of explicit teaching
Here, of course, the teacher clearly tells and shows or demonstrates.
The principle of order.
It is limited, the teacher's discussion is based on the intended topic with the
participation of students.
The principle of cooperation.
Group, team, partnership-based work and group discussion; based on the
cooperative method.
The principle of banking.
The teacher pledges his knowledge, based on the principle of memorization
and memorization of students within the framework of their empty thinking.
The principle of integration.
This principle encourages the teacher to connect his subject with other
subjects, as a result of which he creates an internal and external order of the
environment in a mutually compatible way.

The principle of interaction.
In this principle, in an interactive classroom, more students speak and the
teacher has less of a role. Students are allowed to interact with the teacher and
other students.
The principle of creative construction.
"To create knowledge skills from students and to understand the essence of
the content of the previously existing skills experience"
The principle and method of the above-mentioned educational strategy are
the sum of the general educational components. "These components strengthen
the general integration process in teaching English, as a result, they gradually
develop the lesson-training procedures"3. In determining the professional
component skills of each teacher in teaching English, it is determined by his
ability to correctly organize the quality of the lesson organization, the structural
strategic principle, and the principle of the method that can effectively carry out
the sequence of stages. Therefore, there are several principles in organizing a
quality lesson, which in turn are considered to be the most effective way to
achieve the intended goals of the teacher and the students. It is certainly
impossible to use several methods during the lesson, or it is undoubtedly a
difficult process to use at least one method effectively. Accordingly, we cannot
say which method is the most complex or useful for teachers, but rather we
believe that the most appropriate method and approach for the lesson is the
selective aspect that the professors and teachers choose for themselves, based
on the quality and structure of their lessons, in order to support the students
and increase the effectiveness of the environment.
Variety and flexibility are meaningful features of the classroom
environment. In teaching English, a chain of modern pedagogical technologies,
strategies, methods and principles is the criterion for organizing interactive
lessons and developing the potential for interest to a sufficient extent, as a result
of which the positive characteristics of the individual potential of cooperative
methods are correspondingly improved.
In conclusion, each of the above purposeful teaching methods helps to
reveal a certain skill of the student, for example, deductive and inductive
learning areas develop the internal and external knowledge skills of the student
and direct the student to creative thinking and analytical methods. So, when the
teacher, based on his principle, introduces the selected methods based on the
purpose-principle of his planned lesson-workshop into the individual or team-
based learning form, the overall picture of revival, that is, growth, gradually

increases. We, educators, understand well that we cannot be limited to only one
method or method in an English lesson, which is a situation that puts the student
in a difficult situation. The teacher-pedagogue must avoid such a model of
uniformity and constantly increase the effectiveness of new competencies.
Diversity and flexibility are the most important features to implement in any
situation in the lesson. A certain level of commitment is achieved by developing
the student's ability to think in a role, step by step study and giving a final
conclusion, while the teacher stimulates the student's performance by
summarizing and evaluating it. The teacher approaches the lesson based on his
pedagogical potential, selects and implements methods and techniques based on
his own discretion, and the student begins to perform perfectly in this process.
The means of cooperation between the teacher and the student are the key to all
modern educational methods and productivity.
