Effect Of Sowing Norms On Biometric Indicators, Yield And Grain Quality Parametres Of Darmon Variety Of Lentil Sown In Autumn And Spring

Kurbonov A.A., Atabayeva H.N., Khayrullayev S.Sh.

This article provides information on the effect of sowing 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 million germinated seeds of lentils "Darmon" in autumn and spring on the biometric parameters of the plant. In Darmon variety of lentils, the height of the stem was 51.1-58.8 cm in autumn, 43.7-52.2 cm in spring, the leaf area was 23.2-35.8 thousand m3 in autumn and 22.2-33.7 thousand m3 in spring. As a result of symbiotic activity, the weight of nodules in the autumn was 3.17-4.52 c / ha, in the spring - 2.82-3.98 c / ha, and per thousand grains - 78.9 -81.9 grams in the autumn and 78.5-81.1 grams in the spring. It was found that as the number of seedlings increased, the weight of thousands of grains on the options decreased due to lack and high demand of nutrients. The same pattern was observed in the location of the first pod in both periods, but in the spring due to external factors the location of the lower pod was slightly higher, the yield in the autumn was 24.3-27.4 c / ha, and in the spring - 17.1-20.3 c / ha, and the best result was found to be obtained when seeds were sown on 3 million pieces/ha.

Evocation, Regeneration And Delineation, Of A Completely Unique Oxidase From C. Multiflorus ( White Broom )

Garcia Shnyrov

The present work describes a study on the isolation, purification and a few features of a completely unique peroxidase from white Spanish broom, a tree legume very abundant within the northern half Spain and Portugal. Optimal conditions are proposed for enzyme extraction, removal of phenolic compounds and enzyme purification by consecutive hydrophobic, ion-exchange and size-exclusion chromatographies. Peroxidase from white broom was found to possess a relative molecular mass of 49 kDa. The spectrum of CMP showed a Soret band at 403 nm with a Rz factor of three .3. Substrate specificity and therefore the effect of some variables on the activity of CMP with guaiacol as cosubstrate have also been investigated.

Allelochemicals Impact Of Citrus Plant Parts On The Fertilization And Development Of Lactuca Sativa And Brassicas

Kamal Nath

Optional metabolites created by various plants may repress or invigorate the development and improvement of different plants present in its area, this sort of cooperation among plants named as allelopathy. The examination was led in disinfected Petri dish; germination of seeds was noticed for ten days and the shoot length, root length and number of developed seeds was assessed. The impacts of various groupings of watery concentrate were contrasted with refined water (control). The outcomes showed most extreme seed germination in charge though all the test extricates showed exceptionally low germination rate aside from lemon bloom separate on brassicas seeds showing 80% seed germination. Root and shoot lengths were likewise diminished in all the test separates aside from lemon blossom extricate against brassicas seeds which showed animated shoot development. It could be reasoned that lemon plant produces allelotoxins that can restrain the development of different harvests in its area. In spite of the fact that lemon bloom separate showed the stimulatory impact on brassicas seeds, the nitty gritty corroborative examination is fundamental.

As a result, existing water shortages in Uzbekistan eliminate the negative consequences arising, effective and rational use of water and land resources, the use of water-saving technologies in irrigation of crops helps to save water and other resources up to 35-50%. The development of horticulture and viticulture increases the efficiency of land use in mountain and foothill areas, at the same time satisfies the need for fruits and grapes of the local population, and also serves as the main foundation of the domestic market with cheap enrichment and quality products.
