Creation And Implementation Of Silkworm Hybrids For Extreme Environmental Conditions
The article presents the possibilities of obtaining hybrids under unfavorable conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan using new hybrids and obtaining high yields of silkworm cocoons. The materials of the ecological point of view of the territories with the participation of sex-labeled rocks at the Grena stage are presented. And also the determination of the adaptability of the new Navruz-3, Navruz-4 hybrids and hybrids with the participation of parthenoclones of the agro-industrial complex x Labeled-1 hybrids to the extreme conditions of caterpillar growing.
Effect Of Planting Schemes On Step Height And Branching Of Peanut Varieties
In this article, information on the effect of the planting scheme on the stem height of peanut varieties is provided. The height of the stem of peanut varieties was significantly affected by the increase in the feeding area, and as the feeding area increased, the height of the plant stem also increased. The same pattern was observed in all varieties and variants used in the experiment and as the number of plant bushes decreased, the height of the stem increased, and in all varieties, the feeding rate was high at 1050 cm2 (59.9 - 59.6 - 70.2 cm). Because the varieties “Qibray-4” and “Mumtoz” are semi-erect, their stem height indicators are close to each other. Among the varieties used in the experiment, it was found that the height of the stem of “Salomat” variety was 7.9-11.4 cm higher than that of “Qibray-4” and “Mumtoz” varieties.
Studying Non-Traditional Plants Oils For Food Purpose
The article discusses the possibility of expanding the range of strategically important consumer food products such as vegetable oil.The necessity of developing an innovative technology for obtaining non-traditional vegetable oils, which will improve the economic mechanism for the development of the food market, has been substantiated. The physical and chemical characteristics of oil seeds grown in Uzbekistan have been studied. It has been proven that the oils obtained from non-traditional oilseeds can be used for consumption, and will play an important role in expanding the range of non-traditional vegetable oils.
Viticulture And Winemaking: Problems, Solutions And Prospects For Increasing Export Potential
The article analyzes the state of development of the viticulture and winemaking industry of the republic of Uzbekistan, analyzes the problem, develops recommendations to ensure the quality and safety of the wine industry and increase their export potential.
Hypotensive Effect Of The Plant Alkaloid Digitaalisen On The Functional Activity Of Mmc Aortic Chrysallida Of Dihydroemetine On The Functional Activity Of Smc In The Aorta Of The Rat
Effect of dihydroatizin (5–250 μmol / L) on the contractile activity of rat smooth aorta muscle cells (SMC). Isometric tensile forces were recorded. Using a force transducer FT - 03 (Grass Instrument Co., USA). In it was found by experiments that the vasodilating effect of dihydroatizin mainly associated with the blockade of the Ca2 + L-channel.
Methods-Preparation of the aortic vessel muscle preparation, and recording the force of contraction.
Results- KCI-induced contraction of the aortic MMC is associated with the activation of potential–dependent Ca2+L channels of the plasma membranes of the MMC
Conclusions- The data obtained as a result of studying the mechanisms of action of the alkaloid dihydroathysine are of great practical importance and can be recommended for optimizing the process of purposeful creation of a new generation of vasorelaxant drugs.
The Effect Of Sowing Schemes On The Productivity Of Sunflower Varieties
Today, due to the increasing demand for vegetable oil worldwide, there is a growing trend in the production of seeds of major oilseeds. Due to its high nutritional value and dietary value, vegetable oil replaces animal fats in human consumption. The main way to increase the yield of sunflower is to cultivate modern early maturing varieties that are adapted to the soil conditions of the region for each region. This scientific article develops the basic elements of the technology of cultivation of oilseed sunflower as a secondary crop of high yields from fast-ripening varieties. Planting sunflower as a secondary crop after wheat resulted in increased yields when planting schemes were applied correctly. Depending on the number of seeds in one basket and their weight sowing schemes, it is proved that the number of seeds in the basket increases when the sowing scheme is 70x30-1 as a repeated crop - basket, number of seeds, weight, and yield.
Influence Of Soybeans Seedling Thickness And Fertilization Norms On Cotton Yield
This article presents the results of a research of the influence of soybeans on the thickness of the seedling and fertilization norms on the cotton harvest
The Effect Of Norms Of Mineral Fertilizers And Nitragin Used In Repeat Crop Bean On The Agrochemical And Microbiological Properties Of Soil
It was found that inoculation with nitrogen and application of mineral fertilizers before sowing the seeds of bean crops grown as a secondary crop after winter wheat affected the agrochemical and microbiological properties of the soil. Inoculation of bean seeds with nitrogen before sowing and application of mineral fertilizers in different doses provided an increase in the amount of humus in the topsoil (0-30 cm) layer by 0.021-0.034% compared to the initial values, and the total nitrogen content by 0.006-0.009%. It was found that the increase in the number of mineral fertilizers in the background inoculated with nitrogen before sowing the seeds of beans grown as a secondary crop led to an increase in the number of ammonifiers, oligonitrophils, micromycetes, and actinomycetes compared to the control option.
The History Of Construction Of Irrigation Facilities In The Ferghana Valley During The Second World War
In the state of the author on the basis of archival documents, scientific-historical sources and literature analyzes the history of the development of irrigation construction in Ferghana Valley in the years of the Second World War of the XX century.
The Effects Of Weed Control Methods On Weeds In Cotton And Autumn Wheat Fields
This article provides the results of harmonized weed control measures, which annual and biennial weeds in cotton and autumn wheat fields have been reduced by 80.2-82.7% in cotton fields and by 93.5% in autumn wheat fields.
Coniferous Diseases In The Andijan Region
The article provides data on the composition of diseases of decorative coniferous crops in the Andizhan region. In total, 11 species of micromycetes were identified. In the nursery, during the lodging of seedlings, species of the river were noted. Fusarium: Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. and F. solani (Mart.) Sacc., Verticillium dahlia Klebn. By the frequency of occurrence, Fusarium blight was noted much more often. Lodging of seedlings was also caused by Pythium debaryanum Hesse.
Among the diseases of adult plants, we have identified - rust juniper (exc. - Gymnosporangium confusum Plowr.), defeat of needles (phomosis, rust), shoots and branches (diplodiosis, phomosis). drying of needles and juniper shoots and black needles (Hormiscium pinophilum (Nees.) Lind., Fumago vagans Pers.).
