Methods For Generation Of Cluster Particles Of Different Stochiometry
The main purpose from this paper, in semiconductor technology silicon oxide is to study notable of the surface and catalysis process. As a result, cluster fragmentation processes, we obtained information about the emission of the clusters and the chemical and physical properties of the clusters. We found during the study that oxide clusters are heterogeneous clusters. In heterogeneous clusters, the bonds in the main chain are different from the bonds in the side chain, as in organic polymers. We tried to prove on the basis of the analysis of experimental data that the formation, excitation and molecular decomposition of SinO2n + 1Hk- (k = 1-3) cluster ions are based on the model of the combinatorial synthesis mechanism.

The work describes the genetic types and conditions for the localization of mineralization - individual deposits and ore occurrences. Also, the indicated mineralized zones, the conditions of occurrence of the mineralization, the geological-structural position and the peculiarities of the host complexes. Descriptions of promising tungsten, tin ore, polymetallic, mercury and other ore zones, which serve as a reserve in expanding the resource base in the Republic, are given. Tungsten, tin ore, and mercury mineralizations are characterized in somewhat more detail, since the latter in the region under study is often spatially associated with gold and forms mercury-antimony-polymetallic mineralization.

Stratigraphic Characteristic Devon System Of Mountain Kuldzhuktau (South Tian-Shan)
This article presents the results of long-term stratigraphic studies on the territory of the Kuldzhuktau mountains. Schemes for the division and correlation of Devonian deposits have been created based on complete biostratigraphic data that most effectively reflect the geological age of local stratigraphic units and their reliable correlation with geological age. The tier units of the International Devonian Stratigraphic Scale are substantiated at the present stage of research.
Due to the widespread use of conodonts, it was possible to clarify the physical and age volumes, as well as the sequence of Devonian deposits in the territory of Kuldzhuktau, and almost completely reconstruct the Devonian section.

Depth Faults Along The Regmatic Network Of The Chatkalo-Kuramin Region And Their Relationship With Seismicity
Lineaments were identified using LANDSAT-8 satellite images and digital elevation models obtained from the ASTER GDEM satellite over the Chatkal-Kuramin region. Taking into account the stock materials and a comprehensive analysis of the results of processing remote sensing data, a map of lineaments of a 1: 100,000 regmatic network was compiled. Based on the automated visual lineament analysis in the Geomatica PCI program, lineaments of the regmatic network were obtained, which are located in the focal zones of strong earthquakes.
