Intense Poisonousness and Cytogenetic Impacts of Monocrotophos in Paramecium Caudatum and Oxytricha Fallax

Samir Akretche

In the current examination tests were led to assess the poisonous impacts of monocrotophos on ciliate models Paramecium caudatumand Oxytricha fallax, which can be considered as ideal creatures for exploring water quality variances and danger evaluation of pesticides. Cell reasonability, cell morphology, cell conduct and macronucleus tests were performed utilizing to various convergences of monocrotophos. The determined LC50value of monocrotophos against mortality bend for 3hrs introduction to Paramecium caudatumand Oxytricha fallaxwas 332.284±57.52ppm and 307.744±33.27ppm separately. It was seen that the Oxytricha fallaxwas delicate and Paramecium caudatumwas profoundly receptive to monocrotophos. After a brief time of presentation (20min to 30 min), there was an expansion in the quantity of necrotic cells with regular highlights like darkening of cytoplasm, blebbing, spilling of inside substance and macronuclear changes prompting cell lysis. Changes inthe contractile vacuole movement, size and state of the creatures and macronucleus shape were likewise taken note.

Change Of Dimethyl Ether To Lower Alkenes In Boron And Phosphorus-Containing Catalysts

Sh.Ch.Aslanov, A.Q.Buxorov , N. I. Fayzullaev

In this study, the possibility of the formation of lower olefins from dimethyl ether and methanol on catalysts containing Mg-Zn-Zr-B-HSZ and Mg-Zn-Zr-P-HSZ was studied, and the process was evaluated quantum chemically. According to the results obtained by IR-Fur spectroscopy, during the catalytic conversion of DME (dimethyl ether) on the surface of catalysts containing Mg-Zn-Zr-B-HSZ and Mg-Zn-Zr-P-HSZ ketenes at temperatures below 180 °C and oxonium intermediates at 320 °C (intermediate). compounds) are confirmed by experimental spectra and theoretical quantum-chemical calculations. It was shown that the formation of olefins below DME occurs by the carbene mechanism at low temperatures and by the oxonylide mechanism at high temperatures.

The Influence Of Central Asian Cobra Poison On The Activity Of Rothenon Sensitive And Insensitive Over.H-Oxidase Of Rat Liver Mitochondria And Their Correction With Flavosan (Flateron)

M. M. Mamajanov

In the presence of cobra venom, the rate of NAD.H oxidation along the internal pathway of the mitochondrial respiratory chain is suppressed, and the rate of NAD.H oxidation along the external pathway increases. These changes occur against the background of cytochrome c deserption from the inner mitochondrial membrane and a significant increase in the process of mitochondrial lipid peroxidation. These facts indicate that when animals are poisoned with cobra venom, profound disturbances are observed in the system of oxidative phosphorylation and the electron transport chain. The introduction of flavosan into the body of animals poisoned with cobra venom leads to an increase in the rate of NAD.H oxidation along the internal pathway of the mitochondrial respiratory chain and suppression of the rate of NAD.H oxidation through the external pathway.
