The purpose of this article was to learn about and comprehend swadharma grihastha asrama, which is about teaching children about Hindu families. Information assortment strategies were perception, library studies, and top to bottom talked with. Lombok Regency was the location of this study. This study found that Hindu parents in Lombok have not used Hinduism's teachings about Sarasamuscaya and Nitisastra to their full potential. Economic factors demonstrate a lack of awareness of the significance of education. Because the parents were unable to meet the children's material needs, such as adequate food, housing, and learning facilities, as well as the use of non-formal educational institutions, such as courses and tutoring.

CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PREVENTION OF THE ACQUISITION OR SALE OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIMINAL MEANS

The relevance of the research topic is that the manifestation of criminal relations in various spheres of public life, including the economy, is increasing quantitatively. The main factors contributing to this process are the weakening of control in the administrative sphere, insufficiently dynamic and timely improvement of the legal framework for combating crime. In the system of illegal economic activity, a fairly independent direction has emerged, associated with the acquisition or sale of property obtained by criminal means. Today it is a pronounced way of carrying out the illegal circulation of material values, the responsibility for which is provided for in Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Little has been studied about the personality of criminals who have committed crimes in the sphere of the economy, whose characteristics differ significantly from the characteristics of subjects who have committed other crimes, both in terms of age, level of education, and social status.

THE PRINCIPLE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUILT IN CRIMINAL LAW

The issues of the importance of guilt in criminal prosecution of individuals who commit crimes are studied in the article. The author, based on an analysis of foreign experience, suggested that in appointment of criminal punishment for a crime, it is necessary to take into account not only the presence of guilt, but also the factors that led to the formation of the behavior of the perpetrator of the crime that prompted him to commit the crime. In the article, the author also concluded that it is impossible to introduce the criminal responsibility of legal entities in the criminal legislation of Uzbekistan due to the inability to prove the existence of the guilt in the criminal responsibility of legal entities.
