The article analyses the philosophical views and ideas of the thinker Ahmad Donish. The purpose of this article was to learn about and comprehend swadharma grihastha asrama, which is about teaching children about Hindu families. The relevance of the research topic is that the manifestation of criminal relations in various spheres of public life, including the economy, is increasing quantitatively. The main factors contributing to this process are the weakening of control in the administrative sphere, insufficiently dynamic and timely improvement of the legal framework for combating crime. In the system of illegal economic activity, a fairly independent direction has emerged, associated with the acquisition or sale of property obtained by criminal means. Today it is a pronounced way of carrying out the illegal circulation of material values, the responsibility for which is provided for in Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Little has been studied about the personality of criminals who have committed crimes in the sphere of the economy, whose characteristics differ significantly from the characteristics of subjects who have committed other crimes, both in terms of age, level of education, and social status.

The issues of the importance of guilt in criminal prosecution of individuals who commit crimes are studied in the article. The author, based on an analysis of foreign experience, suggested that in appointment of criminal punishment for a crime, it is necessary to take into account not only the presence of guilt, but also the factors that led to the formation of the behavior of the perpetrator of the crime that prompted him to commit the crime. In the article, the author also concluded that it is impossible to introduce the criminal responsibility of legal entities in the criminal legislation of Uzbekistan due to the inability to prove the existence of the guilt in the criminal responsibility of legal entities.

The article considers the issues of introduction of modern technologies in the operational-search activity, by analyzing the introduction of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in the activity of the law enforcement agencies in the  foreign countries, namely the USA and China. By identifying the positive experiences of the above-mentioned countries, it is concluded that, for the most effective fight against crime and for the timely detection of committed crimes, technology and artificial intelligence provide tremendous support to the authorities, one of the most important elements in the operational and investigative practice.

The article classifies in detail the measures of procedural coercion and investigative actions related to the restriction of the constitutional rights of persons in the criminal procedural law in terms of the subjects of their application, the purposes of their application, their forms, and the network of rights restricted as a result of their application. At the same time, specific proposals were put forward to eliminate the gaps in the criminal procedural legislation regarding measures of procedural coercion and investigative actions related to the restriction of individual rights.

The article highlights the developed classification of the general and special tasks of the specialist during the search , based on the analysis of articles 69 and 70 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which determine the legal status of the specialist who can be described as a scientific and technical assistant of the investigator.
