This article analyzes concepts aimed at regulating flora and the specific experience of foreign countries. At the same time, the impact of digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence on flora legislation and its future prospects is scientifically discussed. The current state of legislation, scientific and theoretical opinions of scientists, and issues of improving legislation in this area were also studied in detail. Theoretical and legal aspects of implementing the tasks of biodiversity conservation and sustainable development, the importance of information and communication technologies in the regulation of flora, the need for zoning for the protection of flora, and legal aspects of ensuring biological safety are considered.  Within the framework of the digital economy, opinions were expressed on the legal aspects of the introduction of modern and advanced information and communication technologies in the field of protection and use of flora, as well as issues of organizing a regulatory consortium through artificial intelligence. The application of legal (criminal and administrative) measures of responsibility for encroachment on objects of flora in legislation and scientific and practical conclusions in comparison with foreign experience are presented. In addition, the author’s conclusions about existing problems and their solutions in legislation on the protection of flora objects are presented.

In the last decade, the organization of work with young people has been implemented through a project-based approach. The eventfulness in the field of youth policy is mainly represented by youth projects and programs at the regional level, often without conceptual foundations. The analysis culminates in substantiated proposals to refine the scientific-theoretical framework of prosecutorial control in food safety legislation.

This research focuses on the development and implementation of oriented learning devices using Model Eliciting Activities (MEAs) to enhance the mathematical abstraction skills of students in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), or Vocational High Schools. The study involves the design, implementation, and evaluation of instructional materials that leverage MEAs to engage students in real-world problem-solving scenarios. Through a series of structured activities, students are guided to formulate and refine mathematical models, fostering improved abstraction abilities. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of this pedagogical approach in enhancing students' mathematical abstraction skills and its potential implications for vocational education.

The aim of the study was to explore the role of theatrical activities in the emotional and social development of fifth and sixth-grade students. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to achieve its objective. The research tool used was a questionnaire designed to collect data and information. It was administered to a sample of 20 teachers from Granada Elementary School for Boys in Babil Governorate.The study's results indicated that theatrical activities play a role in the social development of kindergarten children. The majority of statements related to the first dimension of social development showed high levels of agreement. Statement (1) "Collaborates with others during theatrical activities," statement (5) "Helps anyone who asks for assistance in performing their role in the theatrical activity," and statement (7) "Tends to lead the team during theatrical work" received the highest responses.Furthermore, the results confirmed that theatrical activities also contribute to the emotional development of kindergarten children. The majority of statements related to the second dimension of emotional development showed high levels of agreement. Statement (13) "Deals gently and affectionately with others" and statement (12) "Feels angry when encountering a situation that upsets them during theatrical activities" received the highest responses. The study recommended the need to enhance and activate the role of theatrical activities in all educational stages. It suggested incorporating theatrical activities into the curriculum that aligns with the nature of the stage and educational content. Additionally, conducting training courses for teachers on utilizing theatrical activities in the curriculum was advised.

This study explores the efficacy of self-explanation prompting as a key strategy for enhancing deep learning in calculus. The research investigates the impact of guided self-explanation prompts on students' understanding and retention of calculus concepts. By employing a carefully designed intervention, we aim to uncover the mechanisms through which self-explanation facilitates meaningful learning in calculus. The results highlight the potential of self-explanation as a powerful tool in the educational toolkit, shedding light on how it can unlock a deeper understanding of calculus concepts and improve overall learning outcomes.

Utilizing a multidimensional approach, the research explores the varied manifestations of familial fractures and their repercussions on academic performance, emotional well-being, and overall educational trajectories. Through a synthesis of qualitative narratives and quantitative assessments, the study aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the complex interplay between family dynamics and children's educational experiences.
