Abstract:
The multilingual education system in education has become
widespread in recent years as one of the important areas of global education policy.
The primary goal of the system is to develop their language skills by providing students
with knowledge in multiple languages, to preserve cultural diversity, and to provide
opportunities for active participation in global dialogue. Multilingual education plays
an important role in improving educational effectiveness and strengthening national
unity, especially in multi-ethnic and multilingual societies.

INTRODUCTION
The multilingual system provides for teaching students in two or more languages
in the educational process. In addition to its native language, it also uses the state
language or international languages as the language of instruction. Modern approaches
view multilingual teaching not only as a means of language learning, but as a complex
process that serves the general intellectual, cultural and social development of students.
At the same time, multilingual teaching also includes innovative methods, interactive
technologies, and approaches that take into account the individual needs of students in
the educational system.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
This system has many advantages. First, multilingual instruction significantly
increases students ' language proficiency, expanding their future educational and job
opportunities. Secondly, multilingual teaching promotes cultural understanding,
introduces students to other cultures and expands their worldview. The third aspect is
that such a system enhances social integration, improving communication and
cooperation between different nationalities and elates. Thus, multilingual teaching not
only increases the quality of education, but also serves to strengthen peace and
solidarity in society. However, there are a number of problems with the implementation
of a multilingual teaching system. The main problem is the lack of qualified personnel.
Teaching in multiple languages requires teachers not only to have a high level of
knowledge in their field, but also to be fluent in teaching languages. This complicates

the process of training and retraining teachers in many educational institutions. The
development of multilingual versions of teaching materials and textbooks also takes
considerable resources and time. Another problem is the discrepancies in the language
levels of students. In a multilingual system of instruction, students sometimes have to
acquire knowledge in a language different from their native language, which can make
their learning process difficult. In particular, language difficulties in the early stages
can reduce students' interest in the subject and distract them from reading. Therefore,
it is important to maintain a balance between language learning and subject
understanding in the educational process.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
Technologically, there are also some difficulties in the multi-language teaching
system. For example, modern interactive textbooks, audiovisual materials and
electronic resources must be developed in multiple languages, which requires
additional costs. Also, a lack of suitable software and platforms for teachers and
students can affect the quality of Education. To successfully implement multilingual
education in educational policy, clear strategies and a legislative framework must be
created at the state level. When implementing this system, it is important to take into
account the opinion of all stakeholders – teachers, parents, educational institutions and
local communities. Also, in the process of multi-language teaching, individual needs
and abilities of students should be taken into account, Flexible Curricula should be
developed.[1]
In order to achieve success in the multilingual system of teaching, it is important
to improve the skills of educators. For teachers, it is necessary to organize special
trainings, seminars and training courses. Through this, they will be able to master new
techniques and technologies and provide students with an effective education. The
development of experience sharing and cooperation among teachers also serves to
improve the quality of Education. To improve the effectiveness of the multilingual
system, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with parents. The active participation
of parents in the educational process, the support of their children in the process of
language learning, has a positive effect on educational results. For this purpose, special
lectures, advice and manuals can be provided for parents. In addition, special attention
should be paid to the preservation of cultural heritage and traditions in the multi-
language teaching system. Language is not just a means of communication, but an
important part of culture and history. Therefore, the curricula must ensure that national
culture, literature, and traditions are conveyed to students, and that they realize their
national identity. This in turn ensures the social stability of the multilingual teaching
system.[2]
The system of assessment is also important in the multi-language teaching
system. Multilingual tests and assessment tools must be developed to fairly and

accurately assess students ' knowledge and skills. This is an important factor in
improving the quality of Education. Also, the level of language skills and
understanding of the topic of students should be regularly monitored. International
experience shows that successful implementation of a multilingual education system
requires joint efforts from the state, educational institutions, and society. Some states
have adopted multilingual instruction as an integral part of the national education
system, and through it have achieved social solidarity, cultural diversity and economic
development. At the same time, it is important to carry out constant monitoring and
analysis, to introduce new approaches to solve the difficulties and problems that arise
in the process of multi-language teaching.[3]
CONCLUSION
In general, the system of multi-language teaching in education is an important
area of modern education, which plays an important role in improving students '
language skills, developing cultural understanding and enhancing social integration.
However, for the effective implementation of the system, it is necessary to train
qualified personnel, create educational materials, eliminate differences in language
levels, expand technological resources and strengthen public policy. Thus, the
multilingual system serves as an important factor in improving the quality of education
and ensuring sustainable development in society.
