Introduction.
Education plays an important role in the development of human
knowledge and skills. It is necessary not only for personal development, but also for
the economic stability and well-being of society. Through education, people acquire
new knowledge, improve their skills and expand their personal capabilities. This
process, in turn, enhances their economic activities and helps reduce poverty.
First, education allows people to prepare for modern professions. Today,
employers are looking for qualified employees. Through higher education or
professional education, young people increase their chances of getting a decent job.
Qualified employees can get a job in the required areas, increase their income and
become economically independent [1]. Thus, through education, human beings expand
their economic capacity and this helps to reduce poverty.
Secondly, education provides social mobilization. Individuals with access to
education can work to improve their lives regardless of social stratification. This, in
turn, ensures social equality and promotes social justice. Through education, people
learn about their rights and opportunities, which helps them change their lives. Social
mobilization, in turn, leads to economic development, since more and more people are
involved in active economic activities.

Third, education encourages economic innovation. Educated individuals
participate in the development of new ideas and technologies. Their innovative
approaches contribute to the development of the economy. Innovation, on the other
hand, creates new jobs and promotes economic growth. Thus, knowledge and skills
created through education have a positive impact on economic processes.
Fourth, Education also plays an important role in promoting health and social
welfare. Educated people are more likely to choose a healthy lifestyle, which improves
their overall health. Healthy people will be able to work and contribute effectively to
the economy. It is also through education that people learn more about health services
and resources, which helps to improve their quality of life.
Fifth, when the importance of education is taken into account, there is a need to
improve its quality. By improving the quality of the education system, we can prepare
young people in accordance with modern requirements and market needs [2]. It is
possible to improve the quality of education by introducing teacher training programs,
modern training programs and innovative pedagogical methods. This leads not only to
personal development, but also to the economic well-being of the whole society.
The education system in Andijan region, like other regions, is facing specific
challenges and challenges. These problems can reduce the quality of education and
negatively affect economic development [3]. Below are the existing problems in the
educational system in the Andijan region, as well as practical recommendations for
improving the quality of education and strengthening its impact on economic
development.
The existing problems in the educational system in the Andijan region constitute
the following:
The qualification level of teachers in Andijan region varies. Many teachers
are not aware of modern educational methodologies, and this affects the quality of their
teaching. Regular seminars and trainings are necessary to improve the skills of
teachers.
Many schools do not have enough teaching materials, textbooks and other
resources. This prevents effective organization of the learning process. The
infrastructure of the schools also needs renovation.
The attitude of parents to education is also important. Some parents do
not pay enough attention to their children's education, which reduces student
motivation.
Socio-economic conditions in the Andijan region negatively affect the
educational opportunities of many families. Issues of poverty and employment are
hindering children's access to education.
To eliminate the existing problems in the educational system in the Andijan
region, the following practical recommendations are given:

It is necessary to introduce advanced training programs for teachers. These
programs should include modern pedagogical techniques and introduce teachers to new
technologies. It will also be useful to send teachers to other provinces to exchange
experiences.
In schools, it is necessary to update educational materials, textbooks and
laboratory equipment. Through grants and financial aid in public and private sector
cooperation, it is possible to improve the infrastructure of schools.
It is important to conduct seminars and educational activities to involve
parents in the educational process. It is possible to increase their motivation by
explaining to parents how they should help their children in their education.
It is necessary to expand the educational opportunities of children by
developing social programs for poor families. This includes free classes, food
assistance programs, or reimbursement of transportation costs.
It is possible to increase the interest of students by introducing innovative
approaches in education, such as the development of STEM (science, technology,
engineering and mathematics) education. It is necessary to develop the creativity of
students by conducting projects and scientific research in schools.
It is necessary to create and introduce a system for assessing the quality
of education. Through this system, it is possible to control the activities of schools,
assess the work of teachers and determine the level of knowledge of students.
In today's era of globalization and technological progress, the issue of poverty
reduction is one of the priorities for many countries, including Uzbekistan. Providing
employment, especially among young people, training them in modern professions,
and strengthening economic activity through skill development programs serve as an
important tool in the fight against poverty.
First of all, the process of preparing young people for modern professions serves
to increase their competitiveness in the labor market. Today, such areas as information
technology, digital marketing, design, programming, robotics are not only promising,
but also highly profitable [4]. If young people occupy these areas through the
educational system or in short-term courses, they will be able to independently earn
income. This ensures their economic independence and helps them get out of poverty.
Secondly, the importance of training and retraining programs is also increasing.
Because the labor market is constantly changing, and existing professions require
modern skills. For example, professionals who have previously only dealt with simple
services now need to have additional skills, such as working online with customers,
using CRM systems. Therefore, the free or subsidized qualification courses offered by
state and non-governmental organizations can be effective precisely in reducing
poverty.

Thirdly, expanding access to education is also an important factor in the fight
against poverty. Especially if access to higher education and vocational education is
equal and open, young people will have a wider opportunity to realize their potential.
For example, through the professional centers being established in the regions, IT
parks, online educational platforms, many young people can acquire modern
knowledge even without leaving their territory [5]. This not only ensures their
employment, but also contributes to the socio-economic development of the entire
neighborhood.
The development of entrepreneurial activity among young people is also an
important direction. To do this, young people can start their work by giving them the
necessary knowledge and skills, creating a business plan, improving financial literacy,
providing financial support for startups. As a result, there is an opportunity to employ
not only himself, but also those around him.
Conclusion.
In conclusion, the education system plays a decisive role in reducing
poverty. Through quality and Popular Education, people acquire modern professions
and skills and become competitive in the labor market. In particular, by directing young
people to innovative areas, training professions and creating opportunities for
continuous professional development, their economic activity increases, their social
protection is strengthened. This, in turn, serves to reduce the level of poverty, the
sustainable development of society. Expanding educational opportunities and ensuring
the right of every citizen to receive knowledge are today the main factors of not only
social justice, but also economic progress.
