THE TACTICS OF HOW TO TEACH CHILDREN

Abstract
Nowadays, many theories have been caused to develop the systems of education
for children and in this way, some methods are using. Also, using different modern
methods and approaches are becoming the best of ways in teaching sytem.
Moreover, there are many modern technologies that is helping to support these
methods and to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning.

Introduction
Teaching children refers to use of various kinds of technics and approaches and
communication methods in education. I learned many tactics during the teaching
children at school and practicing with different pupils was very good chance for me
and it changed my plans and theories. Furthermore, I decided to share my experience
with you which I learned teaching skills. For example, differentiated instruction,
lecture-based learning, technology-based learning, group learning, individual learning,
inquiry-based learning, kinesthetic learning, game-based learning and expeditionary
learning. Finally, I knew that are very helpful and profitable for children’ education. I
try to give an example and explanation for each one in my article.
Methods and explanations
A person receives all the impressions from the external environment by seeing,
hearing, feeling, smelling, and tasting and expresses his reaction to them. All sense
organs of young 5-6 year old children are well developed. In the child's mental growth,
the role of vision and hearing is especially important. The visual acuity of a preschool
child is two to three times higher than that of an adult.
The great scholar Abu Rayhan Beruni said that teaching should be consistent,
directed, and should be conducted in a certain system. After all, instruction makes
education more understandable, more specific, and more interesting, develops
thinking.
There are many kinds of procedures a teacher can use in a classroom, especially,
working with unskilled children demand of a huge experience and force.

Morever,many people own various abilities and talents and teachers should
adapt their styles for unskilled pupils.It is also a great step for them to feel freely and
comfortable.
Furthermore, there are some methods for mentors to differ education:
Give some materials or books at various reading levels;
Create some kinds of spelling lists who has some spelling problems;
Working after lesson with students who encounter problems;
Discussing with parents about their children's education, behaviour and
knowledge;
Besides, the traditional method is lecture, in this lesson, teachers explain several
information which students are listening.Thus, teacher can organize plenty of leisure
exercises with students, namely, playing games, listening musics, podcasts or showing
expressions with div language.It is a great experience to hold attention of student in
one thing and they can distract easily with some things and stop concentrating.At these
times, teachers should be honorable and professional by interesting them during the
lecture.
On the other hand, games can inspire learning,take for example, lf students play
games, they might make complex ideas and topics more interesting and
meaningful.Probably, organising different class games can help students become
independent and engaged learners and provide opportunities to practice problem
solving and trial and error strategies.
As noted by the psychologist L.S. Vygotsky, the peculiarity of children's play is
that it fulfills desires in the imagination that cannot be fulfilled in practice. Encouraging
children to engage in meaningful play and exploration helps them grow and learn
physically, mentally and emotionally.
Clearly, we know that by playing games we may evolve our creativity and games
can support a range of learners and a range of interests.Recently, l experienced such
kind of devices in process of working with young pupil.For instance, learning by
playing
games,
lecture,
demonstration,
cooperative
and
collaborative
learning.Hovewer, l understand that lt is the best device for youngsters is playing
games method.Because, For the mentioned above, lt helps to increase productivity and
energy to learn new information and vocabularies.
Some teaching technics
Your teaching skills account for nothing if you can’t manage your classroom.
Children are often disorganized, and it is your job to keep them in line. You can’t teach
in a chaotic classroom, and without a proper strategy for managing your classroom,
you will fail.

There are some kinds of strategies for managing classrooms alone, which means
this issue is significant in teaching. And here are three ways to manage your students
effectively.
The first strategy is modeling exemplary behavior, which involves mimicking
everything you want to show the students how. The second approach is encouraging
students to engage in the classroom processes, making them less distracted. Thirdly,
you should avoid shared punishment. Collective punishment is counterproductive and
teaches a child that other people can bear the consequences of the actions of others.
Moreover, it is clear that using active teaching may be beneficial among teaching
skills. Active teaching is on the top of the list of the most effective types of teaching
strategies because it ensures that every kid in your class concentrates on what you are
teaching. It prioritizes students’ engagement — the first step to enjoying learning and
boosting retention.
Sometimes, it can be tempting to recite the contents of your kids’ textbooks and
get on with your life. However, as a teacher, you must always seek approaches that
promote students’ engagement in class. The strategy is vital for measuring kids’
retention rates, understanding of real-world application of concepts, and other metrics.
How will you know if your students understood everything you taught if you do
not engage them? Some teachers only realize that their kids paid no attention in class
at the end of summative tests. So, employ active teaching as one of your regular
strategies in teaching.
Besides, I can tell about embracing classroom technologies ca be good choice
for teching children, namely, when we talk about innovative teaching strategies, we
mean systems that leverage technology as a teaching assistance for children. Some
parents firmly insist on keeping their kids away from screens and gadgets, so you can
skip this strategy if you have such kids in your class. However, if you are open to using
technology, this approach can change your teaching effectiveness for the better.
Sometimes, incorporating technology into your teaching can cause distractions
for the students. However, if you have instilled the importance of timing and focus in
your children, it will be easy for you to use technology as a teaching strategy. With
virtual reality, fun course videos, and other tools, students can become more engaged
in the learning process, opening their methods.
CONCLUSION
There is widespread acknowledgement that the production of effective teaching
and teachers is perhaps the critical component of education reform and innovation for
improvement of student learning.This aim requires a serious technological and modern
education system and contain their types,profits and evaluation to produce
professional-development programs that if for children.Also, this article refers to how
to teach young children with conceptual and operational methods. I think that these

information will be so helpful our descents too. Especially, technical education might
be save their time and quality of work.In so doing, the paper presents a proof of concept
and an illustration of the features of a model with some evidence of success.
