Annotasiya

Ushbu maqola gastritda oshqozonning shilliq qavati (mukozasi)dagi gistologik
o‘zgarishlarni o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Gastrit – oshqozon shilliq qavatining yallig‘lanishi bo‘lib,
turli xil ekologik va genetik omillar natijasida rivojlanadi. Maqolada gastritning turli shakllarida,
shu jumladan surunkali va o‘tkir gastritda, oshqozon shilliq qavati hujayralaridagi morfologik va
funktsional o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Gistologik tekshiruvlar yordamida oshqozon mukozasida
yuzaga keladigan hujayralar va to‘qimalardagi o‘zgarishlar, shu jumladan epiteliya
hujayralarining yo‘qolishi, leykotsitlar va limfotsitlarning infiltratsiyasi, shilliq qavatining
zaiflashuvi va regeneratsiya jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari gastritning
patogenezini chuqurroq tushunishga yordam beradi va uning samarali davolash usullarini ishlab
chiqishda ahamiyatli bo‘ladi. Maqolada keltirilgan tahlillar oshqozonning histologik
xususiyatlarini aniqlash va klinik amaliyotda gastritning diagnostikasi va davolashini
takomillashtirish uchun muhim bo‘ladi.
