Annotasiya

Ushbu sharh qog'ozi Candida albicans, opportunistik xamirturushga o'xshash qo'ziqorinni o'rganadi, u oddiy inson mikroflorasining bir qismi bo'lib, immunitet gomeostazi buzilganida patogen bo'lish qobiliyatiga ega. Uning oshqozon-ichak trakti (GIT) faoliyatidagi roliga alohida e'tibor qaratiladi, bu erda C. albicans shilliq to'siqning yaxlitligini buzishi, biofilmlarni hosil qilishi, yallig'lanish reaktsiyalarini faollashtirishi va immunitet reaktsiyasini modulyatsiya qilishi mumkin. U C. albicansning ichak mikrobiotasi bilan o'zaro ta'siri, uning patogenlik mexanizmlari va organizmning tizimli holatiga, shu jumladan metabolik va immunitet buzilishlariga ta'siri haqidagi hozirgi tushunchalarni umumlashtiradi. U diagnostika yondashuvlari va terapevtik strategiyalar haqida ma'lumot beradi. Hujjat tegishli mahalliy va xorijiy manbalarni tahlil qilishga asoslangan.
