Annotasiya

Ushbu maqolada Altsgeymer kasalligi va uning rivojlanish sabablari,
patogenezi hamda davolash imkoniyatlari ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Kasallik asosan beta-amiloid
blyashkalari, tau proteinining patologik yig‘ilishi, neyroinflamatsiya va genetik omillar natijasida
yuzaga keladi. APOE4, PSEN1 va PSEN2 genlari ushbu kasallik xavfini oshiruvchi asosiy omillar
hisoblanadi. Profilaktik choralar, jumladan O‘rta yer dengizi dietasi, jismoniy va aqliy faollik,
yaxshi uyqu gigiyenasi kasallik xavfini kamaytirishga yordam beradi. Kelajakda gen terapiyasi va
ilg‘or biotexnologik yondashuvlar asosida samarali davolash strategiyalari ishlab chiqilishi
kutilmoqda.
