  Yarim kunlik ta'lim o'quvchilarga o'qishni ish, oilaviy mas'uliyat yoki shaxsiy manfaatlar bilan birlashtirish imkonini beruvchi moslashuvchan ta'lim modelini ifodalaydi. Ushbu maqola sirtqi ta'limni tashkil etish, afzalliklari, qiyinchiliklari va natijalarini o'rganish orqali tahlil qiladi. So'nggi tadqiqotlarga asoslanib, mavjudlik, professional ko'nikmalarni rivojlantirish va martaba ko'tarilish kabi asosiy afzalliklar aniqlanadi, shu bilan birga vaqtni boshqarish va akademik muhit bilan cheklangan o'zaro ta'sir kabi muammolar ham muhokama qilinadi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, sirtqi ta'lim turli talabalar guruhlari uchun samarali, ammo muhim institutsional yordam talab qiladi. Muhokama uning uzluksiz ta'lim uchun muhimligini ta'kidlaydi va ta'lim siyosati va amaliyoti uchun tavsiyalar beradi

Abstract

Part-time education

represents a flexible learning model that allows students to

combine studies with work, family responsibilities, or personal interests. This article
analyzes part-time education by examining its organization, advantages, challenges, and
outcomes. Based on recent research, key benefits such as accessibility, development of
professional skills, and career advancement are identified, while challenges such as time
management and limited interaction with the academic environment are also discussed.
The findings suggest that part-time education is effective for various student groups but
requires significant institutional support. The discussion highlights its importance for
lifelong learning and offers recommendations for educational policy and practice.
