Zamonaviy ta'lim texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning dolzarbligi shundaki, zamonaviy raqamli ta'lim muhitida ta'lim darajasi ko'p jihatdan ta'limga faol yondashuvni rivojlantiruvchi turli tamoyillarga asoslangan ushbu ta'lim texnologiyalarini joriy etish samaradorligiga bog'liq. Maqolada raqamli ta’lim resursi sifatida ta’lim jarayonida bulutli xizmatlardan foydalanish samaradorligi muhokama qilinadi.
