Annotation:
In this article, the main
attention is devoted to the problem of the
formation of foreign language culture among
teachers, and it is aimed at forming a culture
of communication between future foreign
language teachers. Currently, the global
integration of the cultures of different
countries, the mobility of the world's
population, the expansion of employment,
the development of tourism, personal
relations, and knowledge of a foreign
language are becoming a vital necessity,
which creates new problems for specialists in
the theory of teaching foreign languages that
meet the modern needs of society. The article
talks about the formation of intercultural
communication competence of future foreign
language teachers through Internet resources,
and it is mentioned that they will be used in
any order.

статье
основное внимание уделено проблеме
формирования иноязычной культуры у
учителей и направлено на формирование
культуры общения у будущих учителей
иностранного языка. В настоящее время
глобальная интеграция культур разных
стран, мобильность населения мира,
расширение занятости, развитие туризма,
личных отношений, знание иностранного
языка
становятся
жизненной
необходимостью, что создает новые
проблемы
для
специалистов
теория
обучения
иностранным
языкам,
отвечающая современным потребностям
общества. В статье говорится о
формировании
компетентности
межкультурного общения у будущих
учителей
иностранного
языка
посредством
интернет-ресурсов
и
упоминается,
что
они
будут
использоваться в любом порядке.

INTRODUCTION:
After
our
country

of information technologies, opportunities
were created for everyone to strengthen their
professional training and skills. Bringing
advanced pedagogical technologies into the
educational process is one of the tasks of the
"National Personnel Training Program".
Today, innovative pedagogical technologies
and interactive methods are widely used in
education, especially in teaching foreign
languages. The application of innovative
pedagogical technologies to foreign language
education - orientation of a person according
to the demands of society, organization of
education based on these demands, formation
of a person as a fully mature staff based on the
relevance of educational principles and
methods, full development of his abilities
and opportunities is to create favorable
conditions for its manifestation and
development.
Another characteristic of innovative
pedagogical technologies is the priority of
the student's activity, the fact that the
student is the main figure in the
educational process. In the educational
process,
the
correct
formation
of
knowledge, lexical, grammatical, and
pronunciation concepts, the correct
composition of the knowledge system,
and self-control skills in the student's
mind are components of innovative
pedagogical technologies. Today, the
most effective teaching methods in the
educational process, which are guaranteed
to achieve the goals set by teachers and
pedagogues, form the basis for students to
think independently, make independent
decisions, solve their problems, and get
out
of
various
situations
without
difficulty. Such teaching methods capable
of being prepared are the most advanced
features of pedagogical technology.
Today, with the initiatives of our
president, great attention is being paid to
language learning in our country. If we
look at the above, we will once again be
convinced of how important language is
in the development of our country.
LITERATURE
ANALYSIS:
Currently, not only foreign language
