Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada xitozanni ishlab chiqarishning zamonaviy texnologiyalari va innovatsion usullari, xususan, past haroratli ishlov berish jarayonlari asosida ishlab chiqarishning afzalliklari va samaradorligi muhokama qilingan. Tadqiqotlarda xitozan sifatini yaxshilash, ekologik xavfsiz texnologiyalarni joriy qilish va uning qo‘llanilish doirasini kengaytirish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ilmiy tadqiqotlarda foydalanilgan zamonaviy usullar, ularning natijalari va xitozan asosidagi materiallarning turli sohalardagi qo‘llanilishi o‘rganilgan.

qishloq xo‘jaligi, ozuqa sanoati kabi sohalarda keng qo‘llaniladi. Ushbu tadqiqotda 10 ta

muhim maqola asosida xitozan olishning turli usullari va ularning qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilindi.
