It is not necessary to be a selected director or

general manager to be a leader. A leader or leader is a

person who wants others to follow his trends and ideas.

Leadership can be achieved temporarily, but what

separates a true leader is his unwavering commitment

to the next steps forward. So, what should be done to be

a leader among friends and in society in general, at

work?

KEY WORDS

Leader, friends, director, manager,
separates, commitment, society,
work, people, notions.

THINK LIKE A LEADER

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

This step isn't about knowing exactly what you're doing—the more confident you are, the less

likely others will question you. People tend to have preconceived notions, and if you behave

as if they are supposed to be, people will assume that's the way they are supposed to be.

Therefore, when you are confident, people will think that you "know your stuff". In this way,

you can find trust, responsibility and respect. Self-confidence is necessary in any situation.

Imagine a person saying: "I don't know the answer to that." And at the same time, he crosses

his fingers, bends his head down, and draws pictures on the ground with his feet. Now

imagine another situation, a person says, "I know the answer," while at the same time he is

looking straight into the eyes of the interlocutor with his head held high and his shoulders

pulled back. It's okay to not know something, but make sure you don't! Ignorance has nothing

to do with your confidence (or leadership ability).

2. BE FIRM, BUT KIND

When you're in charge, you're considered the one who sets the rules and boundaries. You can

create a certain system, rhyme and reason for the situation. To do this, you need to be firm in

your opinion. But remember that a dictatorship can lead to a revolution. Be logical and

understanding in establishing your rules. An airline started losing forks and no one knew why.

After investigations, it was found that the dishwashers were firing them because they could

not wash them clean enough. The reason for this was that if they did not wash their forks, they

would surely hear a dakki from the management. If you are also a dictator, your team will

start throwing forks. This problem could have been avoided if the attitude and approach to

the team had been different. So be kind and you will save all the "forks".

3. BECOME AN EXPERT

As a leader, it is normal to say "I don't know". But it is not good to answer "I don't know"

repeatedly for every question. If you don't know something, look for the answer. Become an

expert in your field. In the end, you should have all the answers. A certain level of knowledge

will help you feel more confident and a leader. If you can't, it's only a matter of time before

someone superior to you in terms of knowledge and charisma comes along and takes the

leadership from under your hands. Therefore, wherever and among whom you want to lead,

work on yourself! In the long run, this will come in very handy for you.

4. BE RESOLVED

You are in the middle of a group of friends thinking about what to do for the evening.

None of the friends are coming to a certain agreement, they are finding fault in each other's

proposal, all the proposals are mixed up, until one person comes forward and says: "Friends,

here we go." This person stepped up, saw the need to direct the situation and took

responsibility. Leader… As they say, you have to know your place. There are times when you

have to make a decision yourself, but sometimes you have to give the team time to come to an

agreement. Respect your followers—what happens if you reject their opinions? This will

make you…

5. TAKE CARE OF YOUR FOLLOWERS

Just because they're not a leader doesn't mean they're stupid. They will sense that you are

compassionate and that you genuinely care about them. If you are not sincere, they will

quickly overthrow you from your "throne". Do not forget who enriches your bread with oil!

Without them, you cannot lead, which means there will be no leader. Caring does not mean

silently agreeing to their wishes. You lead because you know what's best for the team. If

someone doesn't agree with your ideas, then you don't have to quietly give them what they

want. Allow them to disagree with you, listen to their opinions, and explain why you think

differently. Let them know you care, but do what you think is best.

6. BELIEVE EVERYONE CAN BE A LEADER

Truth be told, everyone wants to be a follower. Think of life as a dark corridor—the more

leaders there are, the more people will catch the fire that shines a light on your path. Which do

you prefer? People don't just want to be followers, they also look for leaders. Therefore,

everyone can be a leader. You just need to fill in the blanks.[1,75]

BE A LEADER

1. KEEP YOUR PROMISES

Nodiv likes people who break their promises. Failure to keep a promise means loss of trust.

You may have the qualities of a leader with your looks, charisma, and knowledge, but if you

don't keep your promises, you will become an enemy to people. An integral part of keeping a

promise is being able to tell the difference between what you can do and what you can't. If you

can separate one from the other, the only obstacle left is honesty.

2. LOOK LIKE PART OF THE TEAM

If you walk into the office in a suit and tie and always look at the clock, people will see you as

someone who is waiting for an idiot who is late for a professional meeting. When you walk in

with a t-shirt and a cap, they'll start wondering where the pizzas they ordered are. If you want

to lead, you need to be seen as part of this team. There should be a difference between

dressing to impress and dressing to impress. You don't have to dress to impress, which

doesn't fit your chosen script (for example, if you're a pizza delivery guy, don't wear a suit).

3. BE GOOD TO YOUR TEAM

Okay, you know you need to take care of your team, but you also need to follow through on

your actions. If you preach to your team to work together, work like you're having fun, and be

sweet to customers, but you're yelling every 5 minutes that they're smiling, you're not living

up to your philosophy. Be a good role model and they will follow you. The old saying "Do what

the Mullah says, don't do what he does" is actually nonsense. It may have affected you as a 6-

year-old, but it doesn't work in an adult team. They may not tell you this directly, but they will

be unhappy, eventually they will leave the team and it will affect the final product.

4. SHOW YOUR COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING YOUR TEAM

For your organization to grow, everyone needs to improve. It has nothing to do with how

good you are — you have to make your team good. Ideally, at the end of the day, when the

task is completed, the team will say, "Yes, we did it!" must be surprised, "Yes, I did it!" not that

This applies not to one member of the group, but to the whole group. In order for your team to

grow, you need to pay attention to them. Get to know them individually and encourage them

to be more productive members of the group. Help them learn, grow, and take charge when

needed.

5. ASK A QUESTION

As a leader, you are somewhat invulnerable. People may not come to you because you are the

"big" person in the organization. Therefore, ask questions first.

Never expect questions from your team members—they may never have questions or

suggestions. Yet you are the one who tells everything how to do it. Your team may be afraid

that their opinion will not be taken into account and will not tell you about it. Just because

they don't lead doesn't mean they don't have great ideas!

6. BE A LEADER ONLY WHEN NECESSARY

A true leader doesn't walk into a room and announce, "I'm here." The leader does not

interfere in every work and turn it in the direction he wants. Not at all. You have to be able to

see the work that needs to be done and show up in the right situation. In most cases, no leader

is called that. This is a position that depends only on the individual. People may not grant you

this privilege. Don't play the role of a boss, give the right help at the right time.[5,186]
