Currently, our country is carrying out extensive reforms with several countries. Many agreements have been signed with China until 2030. China is one of the countries that invests the most in the economy of Uzbekistan. On the basis of preferential and commercial loans of the Chinese government, more than 60 large projects were implemented in Uzbekistan, such as the modernization of the infrastructure of electricity, oil and gas, hydropower and chemical industry, air and railway transport.

The abstract aims to explore the prevalence and factors associated with psychological distress among young adults, as well as the influence of life experiences on their mental health. Through surveys, interviews, and psychological assessments, the study examines the psychosocial factors, such as stress, social support, and life events, that contribute to psychological distress. It also explores the impact of education, employment, relationships, and other life experiences on the mental well-being of young adults. The findings contribute to a better understanding of the psychological challenges faced by young adults and provide insights for targeted interventions and support programs.

UNVEILING THE CRISIS: OPEN SPACE LOSS AND URBAN HERITAGE DECLINE IN THE VICINITY OF KOLKATA CITY

This study explores the crisis of open space loss and urban heritage decline in the vicinity of Kolkata city. Rapid urbanization and population growth have led to significant challenges related to the preservation of open spaces and the conservation of urban heritage in this region. The abstract aims to shed light on the extent of open space loss and the degradation of urban heritage, as well as their underlying causes and consequences. Through a combination of spatial analysis, site surveys, and qualitative assessments, the study examines the encroachment of open spaces, the deterioration of historical buildings and cultural sites, and the loss of community spaces. Additionally, it investigates the socio-economic, environmental, and cultural impacts of these changes. The findings emphasize the urgent need for proactive measures, including policy interventions, community engagement, and sustainable urban planning, to address the crisis of open space loss and urban heritage decline in the vicinity of Kolkata city.

Through a comprehensive literature review and case studies, this research examines the implementation and outcomes of participatory processes in different municipalities. The findings highlight the importance of engaging local communities in decision-making processes, recognizing their cultural heritage, and leveraging their local knowledge for sustainable development and inclusive governance. The study also identifies key challenges and opportunities associated with participatory territorial approaches and provides recommendations for enhancing their effectiveness.
