Sanitary assessment and veterinary and sanitary examination of milk for brucellosis
Abstract
One of the main directions was to ensure food security in our country, the sustainable development of the socio-economic situation of society, the improvement of the health and life of citizens, and the stable preservation of the country's independence. The article provides information on the sanitary assessment of products obtained from animals with brucellosis, and the determination of their suitability for consumption and unsuitability.

Xushnazarova Mohigul 2022 yilda "Mirzo Ulug'bek vorislari" Respublika ko'rik tanlovi g'olibasi va yilning o'z sohasi bo'yicha ENG FAOL BILIMDON TALABASI hamda 2021-2022-o'quv yili uchun ta'sis etilgan Beruniy nomli davlat stipendiyasi sohibasi, o'qish bilan bir qatorda ilmiy tadqiqot ishlarida ham faol bo'lib ta'lim yo'nalishiga oid 15 dan ortiq Xalqaro va Respublika miqyosidagi jurnallarda hammualiflikdagi ilmiy maqolalari chop etilgan.
