Reforms of the judicial and legal system to ensure the rule of law

The article describes the gradual, phased reforms carried out by the author in the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to ensure the rule of law. At the same time, the legal basis of these reforms is described in detail and reference is made to the recognition of these positive changes by international organizations and experts. The experience of foreign countries was compared, the prospects for the implementation of existing positive reforms in our country were discussed, and on their basis proposals were put forward for further improvement of existing reforms. The article also discusses the institutional changes in the judiciary and human rights that are the result of large-scale reforms.
