The life of modern youth under the influence of the Internet has undergone a number of transformations: the structure of leisure activities has changed, the traditional channels for obtaining information, the nature of interpersonal interaction, the value system has been transformed. Of particular concern is the deep integration of adolescents into the space of social networks. Due to the labile consciousness, unstable system of values, irrationality, youthful maximalism, young people often act unpredictably. In Uzbekistan, young people perceive the Internet as a useful and dangerous place. The conducted sociological research identified many functions of the Internet for everyday life. The Internet is portrayed as a key resource for obtaining educational information that is otherwise difficult for young people to access. Young people in Uzbekistan show a very strong interest in learning more about computers (86.9%), but there is still a significant group (37.8%), consisting in particular of women and rural youth, who do not have any computer skills. Sociological data show the importance of developing a unified concept for the digital well-being of modern youth in the country
