the field of philology. Problems arising in the educational process and their
solutions are studied, and innovative approaches aimed at improving the quality
of education are presented. The article considers the issues of assessing,

of education. At the same time, it is emphasized that the proposed models and

Introduction:

Today, quality issues in education are more relevant than

ever. In particular, quality management in the field of philology plays an
important role not only in training specialists in the field of national culture,
language and literature, but also serves to ensure the competitiveness of the
education system as a whole. The processes of globalization and the rapid
development of information technologies require a new interpretation of quality
standards in education, the introduction of modern management mechanisms.

Philology specialists need to have not only theoretical knowledge, but also

practical skills. Therefore, the high-quality organization and management of the
educational process is of great importance in improving students' knowledge,
forming their creative and critical thinking skills. An effective model of
educational quality management is not limited to controlling the educational
process, but also ensures integration between educational institutions, teachers,
students and other stakeholders.

However, in practice, a number of problems arise in managing the quality of

education in the field of philology. These include the obsolescence of educational
programs, ineffective assessment systems, and insufficient use of modern
educational technologies. Therefore, the development and implementation of
modern models and approaches to ensuring and managing the quality of
education is becoming an important task.

This article analyzes the problems arising in the field of philology within the

framework of modern models of quality management of education, offers their

solutions and shows innovative approaches aimed at increasing the
effectiveness of the educational process. The article also considers with special
attention issues such as assessing the quality of education, monitoring and
improving the skills of pedagogical personnel.

Main part:

Managing the quality of education in the field of philology is

currently one of the most important and complex issues of the education system.
Improving the quality of education in this area is of decisive importance for
further improving the level of knowledge of students, forming their practical
skills, as well as developing their professional and cultural potential. Therefore,
the process of managing the quality of education includes not only controlling
the content and methodology of education, but also organizing effective
integration between educational institutions, teachers, students and society.

While traditional models of educational quality management often focus on

monitoring and evaluation, modern approaches direct this process towards
systematic, continuous improvement. One of the approaches widely used in
educational management today is Total Quality Management (TQM), which
brings together all participants - teachers, students, administration and external
stakeholders - to improve quality. ISO standards and the management cycle
model (Plan-Do-Check-Act) also play an important role in the process of
educational quality management, which ensure standardization and continuous
improvement of processes.

There are major problems associated with educational quality management

in the field of philology. Firstly, curricula are often not sufficiently up-to-date,
which hinders the transformation of students' knowledge into practical skills.
Secondly, assessment systems are stuck in the traditional approach, they do not
fully reflect the creative and critical thinking of students. Thirdly, the
opportunities for teachers to improve their skills and the level of application of
innovative pedagogical methods are limited. In addition, interactive methods
and information and communication technologies are not widely used.

Modern models of educational quality management are being proposed as a

solution to the problems. For example, the integrative quality management
model considers all components of education - curricula, teachers, students,
infrastructure and methodology - as a whole and monitors their interaction. The
innovative educational model, on the other hand, serves to improve the quality
of education through the use of new technologies, digital tools and interactive
methods. The student-centered approach is aimed at adapting the educational

process to the needs and abilities of students, developing their creative and
critical thinking skills.

It is also necessary to improve the system of continuous quality monitoring

and evaluation. Through this, each stage of the educational process is
systematically analyzed and effective measures are developed to improve
quality. Paying special attention to improving the skills of teachers, mastering
new pedagogical approaches and establishing an exchange of experience will
further improve the quality of education.

The following practical measures are recommended to improve the quality

of education management in the field of philology: modernizing curricula, basing
the assessment system on multidimensional and interactive methods, involving
teachers in continuous professional development, widely introducing
information and communication technologies, as well as the widespread use of
pedagogical technologies aimed at increasing student activity.

As a result, modern models of quality management in the field of philology

ensure the quality and efficiency of the educational process and create broad
opportunities for the professional and personal development of students and
teachers. This will serve to increase the competitiveness of the education system
in the global educational space.
