This text analyzes the role of
motivational approach in
developing entrepreneurial skills
among learners. It emphasizes key
psychological factors such as intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, growth mindset,
and resilience. Research shows these elements form a robust foundation for
persistence, creative thinking, and initiating practical entrepreneurial activities .
The annotation also explores how motivational strategies can be enhanced
through hands-on activities, role models, and recognition of short-term
achievements in education. The conclusion highlights that an integrated
motivational approach effectively prepares students for entrepreneurial
engagement.

В этом тексте анализируется значение
мотивационного
подхода в формировании предпринимательских навыков
у учащихся.
Основное внимание уделяется психологическим факторам: внутренней
мотивации (intrinsic motivation), самоэффективности (self-efficacy),
установке на рост (growth mindset) и устойчивости (resilience).
Исследования показывают, что эти элементы создают прочную основу для
настойчивости,
креативного
мышления
и
практической
предпринимательской
деятельности
.
В
аннотации
также
рассматривается, как мотивационные стратегии можно усилить с
помощью практических занятий, ролевых моделей и признания
краткосрочных достижений в образовании. Заключение подчеркивает, что
интегрированный мотивационный подход эффективно готовит студентов
к предпринимательской активности.

Motivational approach plays a very important role in developing
entrepreneurial skills in students. The following are the main aspects based on
equally valid research:
1. Strengthening intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy

Strengthening students' self-efficacy becomes the center of motivation.
According to research, a self-confident person decisively overcomes problems,
manages risks, and is active in entrepreneurial activities.
For example, through tasks that develop students' intrinsic motivation and
independence, they increase their mental readiness to start a new business
project.
Intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy
a) Intrinsic motivation
This type of motivation is when a student engages in an activity not because
of external stimuli, but because of internal satisfaction, autonomy, mastery, and
a sense of purpose. Research shows that if a student is extremely interested in a
business idea, their motivation level increases significantly, which encourages
them to think creatively.
b) Self-efficacy
This concept is based on Bandura's social-cognitive theory and is defined as
"the individual's belief in their ability to complete a task." Research shows that
in a learning environment, self-efficacy — a student's belief in their ability to
successfully complete a task — significantly increases entrepreneurial intention
and activity.
Key findings from the research
A strong relationship has been found between intrinsic motivation and self-
efficacy in college and university education; this increases entrepreneurial
intention and the likelihood of starting a business.
Research by Bandishina and Emirates shows that a student’s belief in their
ability to solve problems (self-efficacy) significantly enhances their
entrepreneurial ideas, plans, and actions.
Intrinsic motivation, in turn, encourages students to be creative, take on
challenging tasks, and exercise self-discipline—all of which are unique positive
traits in entrepreneurship.

Thus, the first factor — intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy — is the
foundation of entrepreneurial skills. The student is inspired by intrinsic
motivation, and self-efficacy pushes him to action and keeps him on the path to
success.
2. Growth mindset and adaptability
A motivational approach in the camp climate turns difficulties into learning
opportunities for the student. This forms the view that “difficulty is a stage of
growth.”
Through resilience and adaptability, students begin to approach business
problems with determination.
3. Extrinsic motivation: role models and social support
Exploring familiar and successful entrepreneurs, working with a mentor,
and participating in practical workshops give students a further motivational
impulse.
Research shows that the presence of role models allows students to develop
their entrepreneurial skills more broadly when it comes to getting a job.
4. Inspiring through practicality and a free work environment
Experiential learning (projects, internships, business cases) encourages
students to be active and creative. This, in turn, develops their creativity and
innovative thinking.
This approach stimulates motivational energy and strengthens the desire
for entrepreneurship.
5. Short-term results and celebration
Small successes: project completion, award, result - this significantly helps
to maintain motivation. This is of great importance in a motivational approach.
