Аннотация

Cerebrovascular disorders in preeclampsia are one of the main causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. Modern approaches to the prediction and early diagnosis of these disorders include the use of methods such as ultrasound Dopplerography, magnetic resonance imaging, biomarkers and other innovative technologies. These methods allow timely detection of the threat of stroke, hypertensive crises and other complications, which helps to improve outcomes for women and their children. The article discusses the main achievements and prospects in this field.

Abstract

Cerebrovascular disorders in preeclampsia are one of the main causes of
maternal morbidity and mortality. Modern approaches to the prediction and
early diagnosis of these disorders include the use of methods such as ultrasound
Dopplerography, magnetic resonance imaging, biomarkers and other innovative
technologies. These methods allow timely detection of the threat of stroke,
hypertensive crises and other complications, which helps to improve outcomes
for women and their children. The article discusses the main achievements and
prospects in this field.

stroke, hypertension, biomarkers, ultrasound dopplerography, MRI.

Relevance

Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity.
The high risk of stroke and other vascular disorders makes it urgent to use
effective methods for diagnosing and predicting cerebrovascular disorders in
the early stages. Existing traditional methods do not always give accurate
results, especially in the presence of hidden or subtle symptoms. Modern
approaches, including the use of biomarkers and more accurate imaging
techniques, can significantly improve diagnostic accuracy and prevent serious
complications in a timely manner. This helps to improve outcomes for mother
and child and reduce morbidity among women with preeclampsia.

The purpose of the study

The aim of the work is to study modern methods for predicting and

diagnosing cerebrovascular disorders in preeclampsia with an emphasis on their
effectiveness, accuracy and the possibility of early detection of complications.

Materials and methods

The study used data from clinical observations, as well as the results of the

use of modern diagnostic technologies such as ultrasound Dopplerography, MRI,
CT, as well as biomarkers. The cases of women with preeclampsia were
considered, the diagnostic results and subsequent complications were analyzed.

Results

The use of modern diagnostic technologies (MRI, ultrasound Dopplerography,
biomarkers) has made it possible to identify cerebrovascular disorders in the
early stages. Successful prediction of the risk of stroke and hypertensive crises
has reduced the incidence of these complications in women with preeclampsia.
MRI and Dopplerography have shown high efficacy in early diagnosis of vascular
disorders of the brain.

Conclusion

Modern methods of diagnosis and prediction of cerebrovascular disorders in
preeclampsia provide higher accuracy and allow early detection of
complications, which contributes to timely intervention and improved outcomes
for the health of mothers and their children. The integration of new technologies
into clinical practice has a high potential to reduce morbidity and mortality
among women with preeclampsia.
