Selen mikroelementi, inson organizmida juda muhim biologik vazifalarni bajaruvchi zarur modda sifatida tanilgan. Uning immun tizimiga ta’siri zamonaviy tibbiyotda keng muhokama qilinmoqda. Selen yetishmovchiligi organizmning himoya mexanizmlarini zaiflashtirishi va turli kasalliklar, jumladan, infeksion kasalliklar, autoimmun kasalliklar va yallig‘lanish jarayonlarining rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Shuning uchun, selenning immun tizimidagi roli va ahamiyatini o‘rganish dolzarbdir.

Selen mikroelementi, inson organizmida juda muhim biologik vazifalarni

bajaruvchi zarur modda sifatida tanilgan. Uning immun tizimiga ta’siri
zamonaviy tibbiyotda keng muhokama qilinmoqda. Selen yetishmovchiligi
organizmning himoya mexanizmlarini zaiflashtirishi va turli kasalliklar,
jumladan, infeksion kasalliklar, autoimmun kasalliklar va yallig‘lanish
jarayonlarining rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Shuning uchun, selenning
immun tizimidagi roli va ahamiyatini o‘rganish dolzarbdir.

Selenning immun tizimidagi roli:

Selen, organizmda antioksidant

sifatida muhim ahamiyatga ega. U erkin radikallarni zararsizlantirish orqali
yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini boshqarishga yordam beradi. Selen, immun
hujayralarining (T-hujayralar, B-hujayralar va fagotsitlar) faoliyatini
rag‘batlantiradi va ularning o‘sishini qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi. Tadqiqotlar, selenning
yetarli darajasi immun javobini kuchaytirishini, organizmning infeksiyalarga
qarshi kurashish qobiliyatini oshirishini ko‘rsatadi.

Selen va infeksiyalar:

Selen, infeksion kasalliklar bilan kurashishda muhim rol

o‘ynaydi. Selen yetishmovchiligi organizmning o‘ta sezgirligini oshiradi va
infeksiyalarga, jumladan, respirator infeksiyalarga qarshi himoyasini
zaiflashtiradi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, selen qo‘shimchalari qishki
kasalliklar va virusli infeksiyalarning oldini olishda samarali bo‘lishi mumkin.
Bularning barchasi selenning immunitetni mustahkamlashdagi o‘rnini
tasdiqlaydi.

Autoimmun kasalliklar:

Selen mikroelementining autoimmun kasalliklar bilan

bog‘liqligi ko‘plab tadqiqotlarda ko‘rsatilgan. Masalan, autoimmun tireoidit va
revmatoid artritda selen yetishmovchiligi kasallikning rivojlanishiga ta’sir
ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Selenning xususiyatlari bu kasalliklarning davolashida
qo‘llanilishi mumkin bo‘lgan muhim faktor hisoblanadi. Ba'zi tadqiqotlar selen
qo‘shimchalarini qo‘llash, kasallikning og‘irligini kamaytirishga yordam berishi
mumkinligini ko‘rsatmoqda.

Selen va yallig‘lanish:

Selen yallig‘lanish jarayonlarida ham muhim rol

o‘ynaydi. Uning ta’siri orqali yallig‘lanish hujayralarining faoliyatini boshqarish,
yallig‘lanish bilan bog‘liq kasalliklar, masalan, yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari va
metabolik sindromning rivojlanishini oldini olish mumkin. Shuning uchun,
selenning yallig‘lanish jarayonlariga ta’sirini o‘rganish va uning salomatlikka
bo‘lgan ijobiy ta’sirini oshirish juda muhimdir.
