Abstract.
In this article, the importance of assessing and analysing teaching
quality, modern methods used in the educational process, and the significance of
monitoring education quality to achieve effectiveness are discussed. It explores
the key principles in organizing quality education, the collaboration between
teachers and students, evaluation systems, advanced pedagogical technologies,
and the impact of digital tools. Additionally, the article provides practical
recommendations for improving teaching quality.

Introduction.
Improving the quality of education is one of the key factors
in the socio-economic development of a country and in training competitive
professionals. Today, the modern education system requires achieving
effectiveness through the regular analysis and evaluation of the learning
process. The main goal of assessing teaching quality is to accurately measure
students' knowledge and improve the educational process. This article examines
education quality, evaluation methods, and strategic approaches to enhancing
effectiveness.
The Essence and Importance of Assessing Teaching Quality.
Assessing
teaching quality is an essential process aimed at determining the effectiveness of
the educational process and improving it. This process allows for measuring
students' knowledge, evaluating the performance of teachers, and assessing the
overall outcomes of educational institutions.
The main objectives of assessment are:
Determining students' knowledge
and tracking their progress. Addressing deficiencies in the educational process.
Strengthening communication between teachers and students.
The quality of education plays a crucial role in the development of society.
The modern education system focuses not only on acquiring knowledge but also
on developing the ability to apply it in practice.

Various assessment methods are
employed in modern education:
Diagnostic Assessment
:
Identifying students'
initial knowledge level, such as through preliminary tests at the beginning of a
course.
Formative Assessment
:
Measuring knowledge and skills during the
learning process. The teacher monitors students' progress, achievements, and
shortcomings.
Summative Assessment
:
Final evaluation at the end of a course,
often through state exams or final assessments.
In addition, digital tools, such as platforms like Moodle, Google Forms, and
Khan Academy, help modernize the educational process. Innovative approaches,
such as gamification and interactive learning, increase student engagement and
participation.
Monitoring Education Quality
. Monitoring is crucial in assessing and
tracking education quality. Monitoring:
Identifies deficiencies in the educational
process and provides solutions. Organizes assessments based on local and
international standards. Analyses students' achievements and addresses
disparities.
International Programs:
PISA (Programme for International Student
Assessment)
:
A system used to assess 15-year-old students.
TIMSS (Trends in
International Mathematics and Science Study)
:
A program that measures
students' achievements in mathematics and science. These programs allow for
the international analysis of educational quality.
Factors Affecting Teaching Quality.
Ensuring the quality of education

success.

formative, and summative assessments are widely used. Diagnostic assessments
help determine students' initial knowledge levels, formative assessments
measure progress during the learning process, and summative assessments
determine final results. Moreover, digital tools, such as online tests and AI
technologies, are playing a significant role in improving education quality.
Monitoring Education Quality.
Monitoring the quality of education is a
vital process for teachers and administrators, as it examines their impact on
students' development. International programs such as PISA and TIMSS help
analyse the status of the educational process on a global scale.
Factors Affecting Teaching Quality.
Teaching quality depends on multiple
factors: teacher qualifications, the conditions of educational institutions,
students' abilities, and communication between teachers and students.
Therefore, ensuring quality education requires the effective interaction of all
these factors.
Ways to Improve Education Quality.
To improve education quality, it is
crucial to use innovative technologies such as interactive presentations, virtual
laboratories, and gamification. Additionally, continuous communication
between teachers and students, as well as individualized approaches to increase
students' interest, are essential for enhancing educational quality.
Conclusion.
Assessing and analysing teaching quality is crucial not only for
improving students' knowledge levels but also for enhancing the overall
effectiveness of the education system. By using innovative approaches and
modern technologies, the educational process can be organized in a way that
ensures high quality. The collaboration between teachers and students, along
with the regular monitoring of the education system, lays the foundation for
training highly qualified specialists in the future.
