The article concludes by suggesting strategies to mitigate the risks of ambiguity and ensure precision in multilingual military environments.

This article, is importance of formative assessment in the education system. It examines the practice of formative assessment in Uzbekistan and its impact on changes in the teaching process. As an example of international experience, formative assessment methods in the U.S. education system are analyzed, highlighting approaches aimed at monitoring students' knowledge levels and fostering their development. The article also discusses ways to enhance the effectiveness of formative assessment in the educational process by comparing the experiences of both countries.

Molar pregnancy, or hydatidiform mole, is rare pathology of the embryo that occurs due to a disruption in the development and growth of the trophoblast (the outer layer of embryonic cells). Molar pregnancy is classified as a type of gestational trophoblastic disease. The frequency of occurrence varies significantly between different countries. 1 in every 200-300 pregnant women is diagnosed with hydatidiform mole in the territory of Uzbekistan. Its frequency increased with age: in women over 40 years old, the pathology is detected much more frequently. The fact that the principles of monitoring women after evacuation of hydatidiform mole are not sufficiently developed indicates the urgency of conducting research.

Periodontitis and gingivitis are common inflammatory conditions that significantly impact oral health and quality of life. These conditions require effective management strategies to reduce inflammation, promote tissue regeneration, and prevent disease progression. Sea Buckthorn Oil (Hippophae rhamnoides), rich in omega fatty acids, carotenoids, tocopherols, and phytosterols, has demonstrated promising therapeutic potential. This review explores SBO’s composition, mechanisms of action, and clinical applications in periodontology. Its antioxidant properties reduce oxidative stress, anti-inflammatory actions modulate cytokines, and regenerative effects enhance gingival healing and collagen synthesis. While SBO shows significant promise as an adjunctive therapy, challenges such as variability in composition and the need for standardized formulations must be addressed. Future research should prioritize randomized clinical trials and innovative delivery systems to validate SBO’s therapeutic potential and integrate it into periodontal practice.
