Introduction:
In modern conditions, the issue of educational quality
management is becoming increasingly important and requires systematic
attention from all stakeholders in the education system. Education quality is not
only an indicator of students' knowledge level but also reflects the effectiveness
of the entire education system, encompassing teaching methodologies, resource
allocation, administrative efficiency, and learning outcomes. Today, improving
the quality management system in general education schools, implementing
modern approaches, and adapting to international standards are among the

important tasks that educational institutions face [1]. The global education
landscape is rapidly evolving, driven by technological advances, changing
workforce demands, and new pedagogical insights, making it crucial for schools
to develop robust quality management systems.
The process of ensuring and managing education quality is complex and
multifaceted, requiring seamless cooperation between all participants in the
pedagogical process: administration, teachers, students, and parents. Quality
education not only improves students' academic performance but also
determines their future life success by developing critical thinking skills,
adaptability, and lifelong learning capabilities [2]. In this context, schools must
establish comprehensive quality management frameworks that align with both
national standards and international best practices while remaining responsive
to local needs and cultural contexts. This requires a delicate balance between
maintaining traditional educational values and embracing innovative
approaches to teaching and learning.
Main Body:
The modern system of educational quality management
includes several important components. First, these are educational standards
and regulatory documents. In Uzbekistan, a quality control system has been
formed based on State Educational Standards [3]. This system includes regular
monitoring and assessment.
Another important component of quality management in education is
teacher qualification improvement and ensuring their professional
development. Through mastering modern pedagogical technologies and
innovative methods, teachers can significantly improve the quality of education
[4].
International experience shows that the use of digital technologies is
important in managing education quality. Smart technologies and distance
learning tools make the educational process more effective and flexible [5]. This
was particularly proven during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The assessment system plays a special role in managing education quality.
Based on the results of international assessment programs (PISA, TIMSS),
directions for improving education quality are determined [6]. Uzbekistan also
participates in these international assessment systems, obtaining important data
for improving the national education system.
Cooperation between school administration and teaching staff is an
important factor in managing education quality. School leaders working on
effective management and leadership principles can significantly improve

education quality [7]. Strategic planning and systematic approach play an
important role in this process.
Parent and community participation in managing education quality is also
important. School and family cooperation positively affects students' academic
achievements [8]. Additionally, public control helps improve education quality.
Conclusion:
Managing education quality is a continuous and dynamic
process that requires constant updating and improvement to meet the evolving
demands of society and the global economy. The effectiveness of quality
management in education depends on the systematic implementation of various
interconnected components, from policy development to classroom practice. In
modern conditions, the main directions of education quality management must
be approached holistically, considering both immediate needs and long-term
educational goals.
The successful implementation of quality management in education
requires a commitment to several key areas: the effective use of digital
technologies to enhance learning experiences and administrative efficiency;
regular improvement of teacher qualifications through professional
development programs and continuous learning opportunities; studying and
implementing international experiences while adapting them to local contexts;
improving monitoring and assessment systems to ensure objective evaluation of
educational outcomes; and strengthening school-family-community cooperation
to create a supportive learning environment.
Furthermore, the future of educational quality management lies in
developing adaptive systems that can respond to unexpected challenges and
changing educational needs. This includes building resilient educational
frameworks that can maintain high-quality standards even during disruptions,
investing in innovative teaching methods, and fostering a culture of continuous
improvement among all stakeholders in the education system. Success in these
areas will require sustained commitment, adequate resources, and collaborative
effort from educational authorities, school administrators, teachers, parents, and
the broader community.
