Вопрос о вступлении Узбекистана во Всемирную торговую организацию (ВТО) уже давно занимает важное место в повестке экономической политики страны. Этот процесс является одним из ключевых этапов интеграции Узбекистана в мировую экономику и требует не только экономической адаптации, но и серьезных правовых реформ. Вступление в ВТО открывает новые возможности для предпринимателей, инвесторов и экспортеров, но одновременно ставит перед государством и бизнесом целый ряд вызовов, связанных с необходимостью соответствия международным стандартам. В данном контексте юридическое сообщество играет критически важную роль, так как именно правовая база определяет условия торговли, защиты интеллектуальной собственности, разрешения споров и регулирования рынка услуг.

This article explores the role and significance of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in pedagogical diagnostics. The possibilities of using AI systems to identify, evaluate, and develop students' knowledge, skills, and competencies are examined. Additionally, the article analyzes the unique aspects and future prospects of intellectual technologies in enhancing the effectiveness of the modern educational process.

Adjectives are an important part of speech in any language, including French. This article discusses the specific features of adjectives in French language.

Tadqiqot davomida ekologik toza va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni ta’minlovchi texnologiyalar asosida ta’limiy o‘yinlarni yaratish bo‘yicha metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqolada turli materiallardan foydalanish orqali ta’limiy hamda didaktik o‘yinlarni loyihalash bosqichlari, ularning pedagogik ahamiyati va amaliy natijalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Ushbu maqolada maxsus ehtiyojli talabalar uchun raqamli ta'lim resurslarini moslashtirish usullari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi – raqamli ta'lim vositalarining maxsus ehtiyojli talabalar ehtiyojlariga moslashuvi darajasini oshirish usullarini ishlab chiqish va tahlil qilishdir. Adabiyotlar tahlili va tajriba asosida, maxsus ehtiyojlar nuqtayi nazaridan raqamli ta'lim resurslarining dizayn, foydalanish va qamrov jihatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.

In order to contribute to mathematical economics, as well as to the development of the field, at a time when attention is increasingly focused on the digitalization of the economy, the article presents the author's comments and suggestions.

Nowadays,170 mobile applications are frequently employed in higher education, particularly for learning English as a foreign language, because of their special qualities (such as portability, multimodality, interaction, or ubiquity). The approach to learning using smartphones and mobile apps is, on the one hand, particularly learner-centered in the sense of autonomous and individualized learning, as opposed to traditional classroom learning. This research examines the perceived utility and effectiveness of smartphone applications (apps) for vocabulary acquisition among Uzbek students. Employing a mixed-methods approach, utilizing an online survey and researcher observation, the study investigated the perspectives of English major students at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU). The findings indicate a generally positive perception of smartphone applications' contribution to vocabulary development, attributed to their capacity to provide substantial vocabulary input. Furthermore, the study identified age and prior experience with app utilization as significant variables influencing students' evaluations of app efficacy in vocabulary learning.

In the article cargo turnover of the Termez railway junction of the Surkhandarya region, an economic and statistical analysis of the effectiveness of training highly qualified personnel is carried out. Based on the economic and statistical analysis, scientifically based proposals and recommendations have been developed.
